I was Justin B's very first full service customer at T-Mobile store in North Topeka today, Sept 17, 2020. He was extremely helpful to me in getting my brand new phone set up & new account with your company. I sense that he is a caring & warm person & I felt very comfortable with all his assistance. He had good manners & was willing to help me with my many needs. The other gals, Alora & Antoinette, were also very supportive of his needs & requests & worked with him in a professional & appropriate manner to continue training him & also serve me. I was very impressed with that teamwork. T-Mobile rocks!

This T-Mobile store has had the best customer service I’ve experienced this far. I came in and needed help upgrading my phone and was clueless on the process, but Reiko was very knowledgeable and helped me out! I’m now loving my new phone and will continue to come to this location!

This store has the most inviting and welcoming staff. They were so easy to work with and took care of all of my needs. Would recommend anyone looking for support for their Sprint or T-Mobile account or are interested in switching. This is the place to go!

I needed help activating a new line onto my plan so I came into T-Mobile expecting just that. Reiko helped me right away and I had a great experience with her. She made sure she explained everything she was doing with my line and took her time.. Such a great environment!!

This T-Mobile store has been the best experience I have had. The people were so helpful and knowledgeable. The experience was easy, fun and no pressure to buy more items I didn’t need or want. I will be going to this store from now on.

I was struggling figuring how to transfer pictures and how to back up my phone, because I was getting a new one and didn't want anything to get lost. So I went into the store and see if they can help me with it and I'm so glad that someone my age was there to help me. Justin was able to teach me how to transfer and backup my phone so that I wouldn't have to get everything re-downloaded.

Service was excellent and professionalism was above and beyond.

I just wanted to put in a good word about Justin. He has been excellent about answering my questions and he has been very patient with me. I’m 67 and I have a hard time understanding all this stuff. Big kudo’s for Justin, he is an excellent retail sales associate and you are lucky to have him working for you. Thanks Justin for help. This was the 2nd or 3rd time that I have dealt with Justin.

I absolutely love this place!! The workers are so helpful and kind, I refuse to go anywhere else! Justin and Reiko helped my family and I troubleshoot our account and merge over to T-Mobile. I will always come here from now on!

When I came to the store, Justin was the person to help me. He asked me how he could help and while I was explaining I could tell he was fully listening to what I was saying. He really showed how much knowledge he has at what he does, when I didnt understand something he said, he would explain into terms that I would understand what he was saying. When I asked a question and he didnt know the answer completely he wasnt afarid to ask his coworkers for their input. He was so kind and patience. He has excellent customer service skills, and had good attitude the entire time he was helping me. He really showed responsibility and passion for what he does, he takes his job seriously and helps to the full ability. With how well Justin helped me I will continue to come back to the store for any help I need for my phone.

Charlie and antanette were amazing at what they do! They not only had time for me but had time to help all of the other customers that came in. It was a easy transition and I got a new phone. I will tell all my friends about this place.

I called in and spoke with Aloura then I called right back and spoke with Anastasia and both ladies where able to answer my questions about my Iphone in a great manner! Much better than other T-mobiles around Topeka .

I love the north Topeka t-mobile, they always help me when I come in! Justin and charlie helped me upgrade my broken phone, and were great to talk too!

Devin literally is a life saver had issues getting my phone charged and couldn't plug it in and I went in there and saw the issue and fixed it with no issues. Fast but friendly way!

Manager Jeff is wonderful! He was able to switch our service, answered all our questions and found us the perfect plan.

The manager Antanett is awesome and Alora was awesome as well I was at the store for 2 hours they worked hard they were trying to get me approved for post paid we kept getting hung up on by customer service they called back and worked hard trying to get customer service to understand that the phone call was dropped by customer service and the man would not listen to anything they were saying and it was frustrating we were unable to do anything I came back on 10/2/20 and Antanett was able to get me on pre paid I had left tmobile 2 months ago and went with another carrier and was unhappy so now I'm back and it's because of these to awesome and amazing women who went way above their job to fix the problem customer service created please don't get rid of these 2 because they are what will make your store a huge success
