Service Tech Tim was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained his diagnosis and functionality of the furnace as well as the condition of the parts. He gave advice on near future considerations of options in replacing the entire furnace due to its age. We just signed up for the Heating/Cooling maintenance agreement based on my family’s high recommendations in Frederick.

My furnace shot craps in the middle of winter and I was forced to replace my unit due to its age. Chris, the owner of Frederick, personally came out to bid and discuss the options. I bid the new furnace and AC system through multiple companies in the ICT and Frederick's Trane system was the clear winner.

They were prompt, professional, and had an easy credit option if that was needed. I cannot recommend them enough. If it's dead, you won't go wrong calling Fred.

I would recommend Fredrick, for plumbing work based on my experience with their work on my plumbing. I had them replace my 14 year old gas water heater with h a high efficiency hybrid heat pump water heater by AO Smith. They did a good job, cleaned up and the technicians kept us informed on progress and when water was going to be interrupted. Chris from the office was not afraid to tackle a challenging project and provided prompt, detailed written estimates or the scope of work.

Frederick Plumbing was timely, efficient and did a great job installing a new shut-off valve for a refrigerator. They guys were friendly and left no mess behind. Will use them again.

Prompt and courteous phone service. The service team called in advance and arrived exactly on time. Both guys were very personable, willing to explain things and generally very helpful. Frederick’s was recommended by a neighbour for good reason!

I had a new toilet installed. They were on time, left no mess, and completed the job in the time frame previously quoted. The installer was very pleasant and helpful. I am extremely pleased.

There was an issue with the appointment not getting scheduled as it should have when I called early in the morning, but it was resolved and they were thankfully still able to come the same day.
Kenny was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He immediately knew what the issue might be, confirmed his suspicion, and quickly got our AC fixed. He shared a few tips and tricks for maintaining our unit that will be a massive help. Not only that, he also found an old filter that got sucked into the HVAC that neither our Home Inspector or the last AC repair company discovered - which we had come out due to low air flow upstairs and were told it’s operating as it should. Our airflow has drastically improved throughout the entire house! I can’t imagine the toll this has been taking on our unit and our electric bill.
This pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to others, but the results clearly speak (and in our case, pay) for itself. I will continue using their services moving forward. I highly recommend!

Fantastic! The first call I made when our AC went out was to them. They had a tech at my door within an hour and got us cooling again. Chris and I have been going over options for a new unit and he has been amazing. The whole team has been wonderful to work with. The office staff and the techs are top notch. Things like this are never easy but the whole team has made it as easy and stress free as possible

These guys are awesome! Came home to Furnace out, 27 degrees outside 64 inside. Called Fred and they were out shortly and I was fixed in no time! Thanks Fredricks!

Our air conditioner broke down during one of the hottest summers we've had in years. Frederick's responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within an hour.
