Amazing place. Everyone on their team was outstanding in knowledge, caring and loving. My 8 year old partner had the best vet appointment of his life.

Took my cat to this place and had the most wonderful experience! Everyone we came in contact with was so welcoming and friendly. They have an exam room just for cats and did everything to make us both comfortable during the visit. The Dr. explained everything so well and I felt as those they were cost conscious when discussing the needs. I would highly recommend!!

Doctor Christy and all of the staff are an incredible group of knowledgeable people who treat you and your pet like family. I couldn't ask for a better veterinarian to trust my pets health to.

My Georgia was very happy and comfortable during our visit!! She truly enjoyed the treats and attention!! I know that medically she got everything she needed! Very happy to have found this place!!

I had to make that decision that every pet parent dreads.. my girl Rocki, a 16 year old next month, Australian Cattle Dog/ Rat Terrier, had secumed to her illness. She was fine.. until she wasn't. I am so thankful that Wichita Pet Wellness gave me the extra year plus that I had with her.

When I called shortly after 7:30am, I was asked if I could be there by 8:30am because Dr Rafferty had surgeries. I only put that in because it was seemingly not an issue.

When she was with Rocki and me, she was totally connected and empathetic.. helping to bridge the transition.

I was also given the time I needed to grieve, to hold her, to think and cry. They also made
arrangements, per my request , for a local pet aftercare to pick her up.

This has been one of the hardest days of my life 😭 Thank You, Dr Christy and Ally for being by us.. and Wichita Pet Wellness staff for being the exceptional, above and beyond, quality people that I trust with my canine best friends.

When Rocki was younger, she had a litter of puppies.. I was able to keep one, Isabel, who is now 14. I brought Izzi to Rocki's passing to help her know what happened to her mom. Thank you, Ally, for helping keep Izzi preoccupied with snacks. Thank You WPW for letting me include Izzi in this transition to our new normal

Friendly and professional from the minute you walk through the door. And yet so casual and comfy with couches and pillows. No cold, hard, metal tables here! Dr. Christy and staff all get down on the patient's level! And they have washable throw rugs in case someone has a nervous bodily function! 💩🤦
These ladies are the best+... Going to the veterinarian can be stressful..they can help with that; especially if you tell them ahead of time.
Since the first time I took my girls there, I knew I had found the kind of quality, gentle, hands on veterinarian services that I wanted for my girls... Thanks

Such a great place to take my babies. You can definitely tell Dr. Rafferty cares. She came in and sat right down on the floor and started talking to my guy like they were old friends!

The staff here is amazing!! They made my puppy feel welcomed and relaxed. He had a great time. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and why and ways to keep my puppy healthy and happy.

Love taking our cat here! Normally he’s incredibly stressed going to his vet appointments, but the super caring staff and Fear Free-incorporated environment make the experience a lot better for him. It helps that they have one of their exam rooms exclusively dedicated to cats, in addition to a complimentary Feliway station.

Would like to give a big shout out to Wichita Pet Wellness’ amazing staff for their passion and hard work!

Always gentle and respectful for my little dogs.
Always answer any concerns or questions and provide recommendations or let me know if I don’t need to spend extra on things the dogs really don’t need.

my girls love coming here! you can tell that the whole staff really loves your pet like they’re their own. they’ve always been very upfront about pricing & everything seems reasonably priced for the level of service you get. low cost is great, but when you pay more you get more ❤

This place is fantastic. They have a cat room which a bunch of cat toys, water, and a litter box, and it looks like they have at least two other rooms for dogs and their owners. They have beverages for you while you wait. I only took one of my cats there yesterday, but I come back to bring my other one and come back regularly. They really do care about you and your pet.

I would give more stars if I could! Dr. Christy is by far one of the best vets I've met. Honestly she is one of the nicest people I've ever met in general! I firmly believe she cares about your pet (or Kiddo as she calls them :) ) and wants the best for them. We have been here at least 5 times since May with our new puppy and older doggo. The staff is attentive and so educated and make visits super fun and easy for our two boys. The price is on par and they are so up front with you on what things cost and what is actually needed. I've been to vet offices before where I just felt like a credit card. That's not this place. They certainly do things right and I'm happy to recommend them over and over. The families I have recommended them to, have come back and thanked me for telling them about such an amazing vet and vet practice!

Dr. Rafferty is truly the best. She cares about my fur babies and is understanding when you don't have endless money to spend. Will never go anywhere else.

I took a friend's pet there for treatment and subsequent surgery. They were so kind and patient with the dog. Dr. Christy is amazing. Highly recommend them.

Being a new arrival to Wichita this office was recommended and I’m so thankful it was! Dr. Christy and her wonderful staff have gone above and beyond for my entire pet family during this moving transition. With a focus on stress-reduction and providing individual care to whatever furry family member walks in the door, I wish they would accept me as a patient as well! I would trust them with my life and will for-sure trust them with my pets’.

I have both a cat and a dog, both have been helped by this clinic! Literally everyone who works there: the receptionists, doctors, and nurses are the most amazing, educated, and compassionate people ever! They give me SO MUCH info and always are so attentive and helpful in their answers. More than that- it's so clear they love what they do. They spent a ton of time getting to know me & my sweet babies judgement free. I almost didn't want to post this because I feel like they're a diamond in the rough & I love their personalized attention. However, they deserve the customers because they're fantastic.

I love the fact Dr Christi has no exam table in the exam rooms. She and her staff get down on the floor at the dogs level. She plays with them. Gives them treats while doing her examinations. I think my bills are pretty pricey. But, what isn't these days.

The vets are super nice, as are the techs. Our little dog needed care and they welcomed her with open arms!

Everyone I came in contact with were the most compassionate and kind people I’ve met in a LONG time! The vet and her tech were on the floor with my 76 lb. anxiety-ridden fur baby calming her and giving her lots of little treats, but also making her work for them the entire time. That really helped take her focus off of what the vet was doing…exam and shots. My new favorite vet! Thank you to all!!

Since Wichita Pet Wellness opened its doors, we have had our American Bully under their care. Mei-mei was a puppy when we first took her to them. The Dr. & staff are caring and have provided great care to Mei-Mei!
