Topeka branch manager Jeff came out to our Saint Marys residence well after hours to take care of a flea problem after the technician did not show up. My wife and I really appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond to fulfill the original commitment. Thanks, Jeff!

Dave was absolutely fantastic when he came to do my initial work.He has very good communication skills and talked me through everything, answered my questions thoroughly, and didn't mind at all that I followed him around and showed and explained everything he was doing. He was very, very great. He gave me a few extra glue boards, great advice, what to expect over the next few weeks, and his card and made sure to tell me that if I needed him, he would be right here for me.He provided a profound level of customer satisfaction that I don't even think I provide in my service job! I'm very content with choosing Terminex and will gladly continue to pay the price for getting Dave level service! Thank you! And no issues since!

Our technician’s name was Glen. This was our first experience with Terminix and I don’t think we could’ve had a better one! He was thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. Very respectful and kind to our pup who was none too pleased at a stranger’s presence in our home. I’m sure everyone on the team is fantastic, but Glen’s customer service and dedication to what he does will be difficult to beat! Thanks Glen!

We used to have problems with a significant amount of critters (bugs and rodents) but no more!! Not only is my service effective, but Rich is absolutely incredible. He's so very kind and understanding. He makes me feel better about my house being a mess, eases any concerns I may have about chemicals and poisons around my pets (3 dogs, a cat, and fish), and he talks with me about life. He's become more of a friend than a service provider and I really appreciate that. He's great at his job, and wonderful a person. I would absolutely recommend Terminex and Rich to friends, and I already have!

Bought a house with over 30 trees in the yard and found termites when we cut them down. They came out, installed canister around the house and sprayed for ants with in the wk. Totally protected

My inspection, termite treatment, and first pest control treatment have been done quickly and professionally. Shawn Kirby did the inspection and gave me my options when he confirmed that I do have some termite activity in my home. The termite bait stations were placed when promised, and the first pest control treatment was scheduled at a time that worked well for me (on a Saturday). I loved the notification that the technician was on his way so that I was not just left wondering how to organize my Saturday morning. The technician was thorough and professional, but also very personable. I don't remember his name, but he was fulfilling his obligation in a Saturday rotation, and won't be my regular technician. Regardless, he was friendly and took the time to make sure and explain all he did in detail. I'm very pleased with the service I've received so far.

BALL, DARRYL W. was our technician. He was very friendly, professional, and greatly decreased our flea problem. We noticed a huge difference after he had sprayed our house. He worked with us on scheduling to work around my husbands sleep schedule as he works the overnight shift! Great customer service. Truly spectacular! I hope we have him again!

I gave you guys a 10 because of my technician. He is amazing. My guy is very knowledgeable, personable, and he remembers what we talk about during his visits. Even though he comes every 3 months he still asks how my father is doing. It is the little things that count. Of course he also takes care of all the bugs.

Glen, your tech, came to do annual termite inspection. We have had a termite program for many years I mentioned to him a service I would like. He got busy, arranged it, and the service was completed within hours, not days or weeks. Very impressed with "can do" attitude and his skill on completing the job. His attention to details was very impressive. He is hands down the best tech we have had from your company.

Dependable, knowledgeable, reliable, flexible, and affordable...need I say more! I've utilized pest control services for as long as I have been a home owner, to include several competitors of Terminix. It was only after they consistently neglected one or more areas of importance to me, that I terminated services with those organizations. I will gladly acknowledge, Terminix has met or exceeded each of these areas, for more than 2 years now. Bravo to your great customer service Terminix...along with keeping the pests away!

My technician has been great with regard to communications and service. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I know when he will be here, what he will/has done and always invites me to let him know if there is any special attention I need, regarding pests.
