Great experience. Nice employees and fast service. I have shipped over five thousand packages through this location with zero complaints. I occasionally see customers with bad attitudes but the employees always handle them professionally. They showed me some neat tricks for shipping faster as well like the Scan Form. I have the highest respect for them.

I usually send a lot of packages. When i first came in i had over 50 packages to send out the staff was nice and spoke with me while we did the full transaction. Second time I felt bad taking up time and asked about how to make this easier on them coming up, the lady explained the Click and Ship option, where I assume the Manager said the same thing, both extremely friendly. So I ordered a scale and did my own pricing on items with over 200 packages. Excellent service by this Post office! Always happy to stop in.

For 8 years since I've been here, all staff have been incredibly patient and friendly. Last week, when we came for a passport appointment, there was a long line for postage, a family who was before us for passport had an uncooperative youth, another family popped in for their appointment one hour late, etc. The staff handled us all in a very kind and efficient way, and not once did I see annoyance or frustration. I don't know how they do it!!!!

For as long as this system has been around you'd think they'd have it all figured out, but I guess getting my mail to my house on occasion is acceptable.

I went to this location to apply for my passport. The process was very quick and easy. Everyone that helped me was very friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

Very beautiful and big post office in the federal building downtown Bismarck. Easy to find & get into.

Nice post offic could be a bit more staffed though when i was there there was a line out the door and one guy manageing the whole line i understand that its the end of the year and people like payed time off but it should be at least 2 hands on counters the whole time that guy kinda deserved overtime pay for that.

This is a busy post office. We waited in a long line for nearly 30 minutes. Parking is not easy.
