Holiday Inn Bismarck

Stayed for an event in Bismarck. Rooms are large and clean. Had a bit of an issue at the front desk as the attendant was a little confused on the billing, just took longer to get checked in.

Friendly staff, and the room was super clean and nice. After my last experience in Bismarck at a hotel down the road, I have a habit of thoroughly checking a room before hauling my stuff in. I found that the room was meticulous. Very nice, decently priced, and well worth it.

Wow, there was a bit of miscommunication, but let me tell you, the staff and customer service were absolutely amazing! They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for our anniversary, and the staff made it extra special for us! They left a gift and a sweet card for us in the room, and gave us vouchers for free drinks at the restaurant! The room was very spacious and clean. The only thing I have negative to say is I wish the pull out sofa had been made. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Becky and her staff were phenomenal. Very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to everything. The only con I have is that they don’t offer continental breakfast.

Stopped there for an event in the meeting room. Place seemed very clean and modern. I would bet rooms facing to the south would have a nice view of Bismarck, since the motel sits on the side slope of a hill.

Rooms were super nice. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Woke up the morning of checkout and receipt had been slipped under the door. Which made checkout fast and easy just a quick stop at the desk and on our way. The had a restaurant which smelled amazing.

One of the nicer Holiday Inns we've stayed at. The server at the hotel restaurant at dinner time was quite rude, though. He made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. But otherwise this hotel is great!

Stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. Jillian and staff were so kind. I'm pregnant and uncomfortable and they were accommodating to me. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable.

5/5 for a 3 star hotel. Building is very well maintained. The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. There was complimentary coffee and iced water available in the front lobby in the morning. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Only a one minor issue, the handle of our shower was loose and actually fell completely off. Other than that, very clean and comfortable stay.

Amazing staff, I was really beat up from driving 12 hours and they did EVERYTHING to make my stay comfortable. The guy with glasses who worked at the bar that night was phenomenal. Absolutely stellar bartender, deserves a 5$ raise. He was originally from California projects, dude was so professional. Loved it, thank you.

This is my second stay in this hotel and I love it! The bed is super comfortable, the rooms are clean. It was quiet no loud noises! I will stay here during all trips to Bismarck. Hands down!!! Maybe the only downside is that there is no continental breakfast. But there is a restaurant to pay and eat.

Very comfortable and clean. The woman at the front desk was very energetic and helpful in explaining everything. She checked me in/out and was quick to ask how everything was. Nothing was absolutely over-the-top breathtaking but I have no complaints. Typical pool, fitness center, breakfast (not included)... complimentary paper, coffee and water was a nice touch. I also appreciated the early check in. Will be back.

I couldn't ask for better service and hospitality. Rose at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. She made me feel like I was coming home to visit family after a long trip. The surroundings were clean the elevator was spotless and smell very clean. The rooms were immaculately clean. I've stayed at pricey hotels before and I don't think their bathrooms could compare to Holiday Inn Bismarck's bathroom.. Clean floors, clean sinks and showers, no crusty crevices... Just spotless.. I'm a germaphobe and I had no issues feeling comfortable in my room. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay at this location. Your comfort, happiness and peace of mind depends on it.

Clean and nice hotel! A great place to stop after a long car ride. The kids has the clean pool to themselves. Front desk was welcoming and kind. I felt 100% safe and comfortable. Might make this stop again on future road trips.

We were new to the area & didn't know where to stay. This was truly I wonderful experience! Beautiful views, super clean, best beds for comfort. Loved the outdoor gas fire pit with cushioned seating. Large gym with state of the art equipment and cooked to order breakfast. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Wish we could stayed longer!

Best hotel I've ever encountered. Great price, lovely spacious rooms, and the hands down best customer service I've ever seen. The front desk lady Michelle is absolutely amazing!!! That woman deserves a raise. Highly recommend, we will definitely be returning. ❤

Very comfortable hotel! Room was clean and spacious. The bathroom in my room was huge. They don't provide free breakfast since they have a restaurant, but they do have some pre made to go breakfasts that you can buy at the desk. It's nice if you want something fast.
