Theresa was wonderful to work with. She helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our house. Very plush and at a very good price compared to other carpet stores. The install went very smooth. We have a big house so the install took two days. The first day they ripped up the old carpet and put down the pad and tack strips. The next day they came in and installed all the carpet. Thank You!

I'm proud to support this locally owned/operated family business! No one can beat Carpet Plus pricing and knowledge of flooring options/design and bonus, the Topeka store usually has carpet remnants. Unlike the big box stores, Carpet Plus began their business right here in Kansas (1965) and that's where their focus has remained. With less than 100 employees total (20+ are admin/headquarters) between fifteen stores they have an extended family feel and they utilize experienced installation specialists.

They were very professional and the staff (Theresa) at their designer center helped with excellent advise. with selection and took care of all the arrangemts, I.e., installment etc. The cost was comparely lower too. I would not consider another company in the future.

Very friendly, knowledgeable salespeople, I never felt pressured. The amount of stuff available is awesome.
