Legends Toyota Service Center

I wanted to take a minute to shout out two great people for their assistance with the service of my vehicle. Kyle was the specialist who greeted me like an old friend and helped me with some questions I had about my vehicle. The thing about Kyle, other than that we have the same name is that he was super knowledgable and focused on getting me taken care of quickly. He checked on me multiple times, and kept me updated as I waited for my vehicle. This isn't normal! Most places just let you sit there, and you have no clue what is going on. Not Kyle! He kept me informed throughout the entire process, and helped me find a car accessory I was looking for even though he isn't in the parts department. Class act! The next person I assume is a service tech named Andrew. Andrew was by far Outstanding! I'm not sure if its customary for service techs to interact with customers, but he gave me some great information on upgrading my vehicle, as well as maintaining it. He also showed me how to operate my new add ons and gave me some tips and tricks on them. Andrew, you have great customer service skills and should be an ambassador for the service techs there. I hope the other hero's back there are just like you! Thank you for assisting me and giving me ideas for future upgrades.

Great service let me chose the vehicle I wanted with no hassle. Evan did a great job with assisting me through the process. Kenzi was also very kind and understanding. Thank you both for a fantastic sale. I will recommend others when they need a new car.

What a wonderful experience buying my nrw Camry from the Legends Toyota. The service was great and the no dealership fees was awesome. My sales rep was great and knowledgeable. I would definitely biy future cars from them.

Evan the service advisor and the team were awesome to work with. I was visiting out of state and in need of an oil change and a 75k maintenance service. As the servicing would take two days, they were kind enough to provide a loaner. The price total was lower than expected and reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Had an unexpected issue with my old Prius while driving it. Was near this location so I stopped on a holiday weekend. They were very friendly and professional and provided great service! Mike was especially helpful!

Legend Toyota maintenance is the best! My car is 9 years old, a hybrid and a Legend's car. The care for my vehicle is amazing every year, every mileage checkup & everytime. The personal interaction with me and all my questions is wonderful. My questions or concerns are always answered. This is the best place to take your car for maintenance, issues, or just when something doesn't sound right. Legends Toyota is the BEST!

I have found the best place to service our cars and the best Service Advisor. When we took our cars in this time we were blessed to have Kent assigned as our Advisor. He is excellent. Kent is honest, efficient, knowledgeable and has great follow up. In addition, he really makes sure the customer is taken care of. He doesn't try to sell you service you don't need, which is so unusual!
Daryl took care of the valet part of the appointment and is also wonderful. It was so refreshing to have this level of service.

Jordan Mahone, a service advisor, was phenomenal. The young man had empathy and work ethic that will definitely translate to many return visits. Whatever you are paying him is not enough for the loyalty he has earned from me to your dealership.

I've been bringing my cars here since 2014, I trust the advisors to diagnose issues and get me a fair price. Service is typically excellent, but they can be very busy, so patience is needed at times.

Joshua my service assistant and the whole service department was excellent. Joshua explained everything to me, he was very professional and friendly, made me feel comfortable, and kept me in the loop the whole time my car was being repaired. I thank Jalen also for my ride home. I will never take my cars anywhere else but legends Toyota service department, my experience was amazing. I reach Joshua and the service department 10 plus

I've only used them once to service my vehicle but they were great. I love that they have Saturday hours for service. That is extremely helpful when you don't have time during the week. Super comfy lounge with children's area and snacks/drinks. Very friendly staff.

Take my car for all repairs, always let you know about this gs needed to keep car running 100%

I’ve been taking my ‘13 “Prius C” here since I bought it from them brand new. The first 2 years with Toyotacare were great. And almost 9 years later there have been no major issues with my car, going on 92k miles. Thanks to all the professionals at Legends Toyota!

We visited several dealerships looking for the perfect price and the best customer service on the purchase of a RAV4. This place was hands down the best. I would purchase any future vehicle here without even messing with other dealerships. Evan was the best, he didn’t give off the typical “car salesman’s” vibe and we loved that. It’s always scary going to a dealership but Evan and Julie made it way more comfortable. I’ve never been the type of person who leaves reviews, good or bad, but their service made me want to go out of my way to write a review. Seriously, I wouldn’t be as happy as I was when I walked away from this dealership if I would’ve chosen any of the others.

Joe was Patient, and understanding and willing to explain I detail the situation of my car. I love this place, love all the people who work there. I used to work there so all I will say is that you're in good hands with the service manager, Bryan Floyd (hopefully still there). He really is a good guy that resolves anny issue I saw, which were few and runs that Service Department very well!

Legends Toyota Service center is great! I love how prompt and on time they are! Luke awesome, he took his time explaining everything to me!

I took my 2020 Tacoma TRD in for the first service.
I was pleased with the service our advisor Chris H. provided, he is knowledgeable & patience.
He took the time to go over upcoming routine service recommendations that are 20-25k miles out. (Mainly for four wheel drive trucks).

I’m pleased I purchased our Tacoma from Legend’s Honda.
This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from (Legend’s Honda & Toyota) over the past 4-5 years.
I wouldn’t have our entire family go anywhere else for our upcoming purchases, even though “Shawn Lemieux” transferred to another Dealership under under the same ownership.
