I had scheduled a Covid test online. When I arrived, I was early but they took me in right away. Everyone was friendly and process was seamless. There are other locations closer to home but I really like it here, I will definitely return.

If you make an appointment you get right in with no waiting! All staff very friendly and caring. And they follow up to check and see how you are doing. I would definitely recommend St Francis Urgent Care at Lake Shawnee.

I didn’t wait long, I needed a referal and got that appt within a week. Doctor and nurses were kind and patient. If I need UC again will go there!!!!

Been here two times. Super friendly staff and short wait times, I definitely go early, so that may be a part of it. They also recognized the signs of subtle female heart attack in my mother when I told her to go there. Stellar experience every time. Excellent care.
