I can only speak as to Dr. Andersen as he’s the one I see. He’s thorough and professional.

As to the staff from the nurses to the receptionist, they are all awesome. Friendly, thorough, great to be around given the circumstances.

The Wound Care clinic makes it easy to get in (very short wait) and fairly quick exit after the treatment, etc.

I rated Wound Care so high because of the staff. They are what makes it great. It’s not the building or the name. It’s the staff plain and simple, and I hope that Centura not only appreciates them, but demonstrates the appreciation in terms of benefits and pay. It’s one small token to send an email, but an honest gesture is when it benefits the employee.

Wound Care falls under the Centura Umbrella, which is the drawback. Continually having issues with the central billing Dept. Never getting an answer when calling about the cost of their services (for starters).

I've been going to see Tina Trujillo for about almost 5 yrs off and on for my Venice Stasis Ulcers on my ankles. I'm very happy with the care and compassion she shows for her patient's. Tina and her staff are amazing!

Great staff on my visit

It was very good. Dr. Anderson is a very good doctor. Him and his nurse practitioner are among the best.

Very pleasant staff. Dr was very knowledgeable and down to earth.

The surgery is good and efficient, but lacks a bedside manner that is of much comprehensive use so you need to be on the ball, and do your own medical research because he isn't going to share any of his insight into your situation with you. As rendering a defense for him, he is over worked but he does just tell you that he wants to see you again on a certain day. He doesn't however tell you that he has an office or that you need to call that office to schedule the appointment or even what his name is or how to ever reach him again. I would have thought that the hospital might have given me this information or contacted someone on my behalf since I was still in so much pain when I was released a week or so after emergency surgery and time in ICU, trying to get rid of the severe septic infection that I was wearing a wound vac for and completely incapable of caring for myself.

First visit for us. We are very impressed with the nurses and with the Dr. Mangosing, he explains everything he is doing and makes you feel at ease.
