TC and the crew were amazing! We limped our truck to the dealership with 2 horses in tow and 2 dogs in the car. It was very hot and we were concerned for the horses health. TC and the team check and repaired our truck and got us back on the road within 2 hours! They even gave me local connections for a stable (just in case). Well done! We really appreciate it! Shout out to Bradshaw Chevy on Main Street!! My Equinox was having trouble starting and I had to get it jumped several times. I took my car to a small local tire shop and they tested my battery and alter and told me that the battery wasn’t the issue nor was the alternator. They guessed that it might be one of the computer systems which would have been a very expensive fix. They told me I would need to go to a Chevy dealership and have them run an electrical diagnostic check. So I took my car to Bradshaw’s and they checked and found that the battery did need to be replaced and they couldn’t find any other issues with the car. Since it was such a simple diagnosis they cut the diagnostic fee down to 1/4 of what it would cast and they replaced the battery and even set me up with a monthly payment plan to help me pay for the fix. I am so grateful and very impressed with their customer service. They also provided me with an empty office space so I could work with my laptop while waiting.

We have a used car dealership in Midvale Utah and one of our customers had a mechanical issue a few miles south of Cedar City. We called Bradshaw Chevrolet and asked them if they could help us. They not only went out and picked up our customer but they also towed the vehicle to the shop. They were nice enough to drive our customer to the store so he could get luggage then drove him to the airport to get on a flight back to Salt Lake. I was amazed and impressed that they were willing to do that for a person that wasn't even their customer! I have known these guys for many years and they are some of the best people I know!

Recently was traveling through Cedar City on our way to Denver. All of our low tire pressure sensors were showing low and were in alarm. I was pretty sure it was just being caused by the colder temperatures I felt to be safe I needed to get it checked out. Stopped at Bradshaw Chevrolet and the very nice service manager had a technician check it out. Turned out all was good and he reset the alarm and we were on our way in less than thirty minutes. Bradshaw Chevy was the "Good Samaritan" of our trip from Sun City, AZ to Helena, MT as our Chevy truck developed engine trouble while pulling our 30' travel trailer. Other dealers further south and in larger cities wouldn't even talk to us until the next week. Shot in the dark phone call to Bradshaw was our last chance. They were great! Squeezed us into their already full shop schedule, made us comfortable, talked over possible problems and fixes, and kept us informed as the job progressed. We got priority service so we could get on our way the same day. Actually, they got the job done in ,"record" time. And - a fair price! No gouging. Honest. Trustworthy. Polite. Knowledgeable. Capable. A job done right.

I was searching multiple dealers throughout the western US for a specific truck and to my excitement, Bradshaw Chevrolet had exactly what i was looking for. I communicated with Eric via email over the weekend and first thing Monday morning I started working with Jeremy. We drove 3 1/2 hours to pick up the truck and Jeremy and Eric stayed several hours past closing time so we could pick up the truck and we really appreciated it.

While pulling our travel trailer home (Helena, MT) from Phoenix Las spring, we encountered engine problems. Dealers in larger cities along the way refused to provide ant priority service. We limped into Cedar City to Bradshaw Chevrolet, and our situation became a pleasant experience of encountering the "Good Samaritan.". Bradshaw happily accommodated us as travellers in need. Service was super friendly, professional, and quickly provided. We were on our way, stress-free and confident, in a timely fashion that Bradshaw made possible (even though they could be pretty sure we'd not find ourselves there again). And oh! NO price gouging. Parts and labor costs were less than I would have expected at the shop in Helena. Thanks, Bradshaw! For the great service and for the opportunity to see see human goodness in the world of business.

First question Cody & the team asked me ... "How can we make this a great experience?" This, after I had two terrible experiences with other dealers - one of them the largest dealership group in St. George. The team was responsive, even working out much of the "deal" over text & phone calls. I got an awesome truck, had a great experience, and would do it all again - simply for the sake of being treated like a real human being and not just a wallet to pick-pocket. Was at Bradshaw Chevrolet services dept on Wednesday Dec 12, 2018 before they even opened, as my car was towed there. They opened their doors and immediately took care of me. I was driving through Utah in a hurry as my daughter was set to give birth to my Grandson. The whole service dept worked really hard to get me safely back on the road by 9:30am. These guys were kind, expedient very professional and above all caring. I am very grateful for their help and was able to get to Boise Idaho before my grandson was born . Thank you to the whole service dept I am truly grateful and wish you all a very Merry Christmas.

My experience at Bradshaw Chevrolet has always been very cordial, friendly and helpful. We have purchased two new vehicles within the last two years. Called and told Mark what we wanted, they got it in, called when they arrived, went to take delivery, spent no more than an hour doing paperwork, and getting the a dealership tutorial on the vehicles we bought.
The service Dept is absolutely wonderful. They quote a price, and then get the job done when promised. The service dept is always willing to give pointers over the phone. (We live in Las Vegas) I would recommend Bradshaws to everyone. They make you feel appreciated.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition here. I live in Ohio and was looking for a specific expedition, of which there were only two available in the country. Cody responses quickly, sent pictures and video to confirm the expedition had the specific options I was looking for. It took me two weeks to arrange a flight and get there, where I found it was as described. Only issue was the windshield had a large crack on it which was not there originally. Since I was on a time crunch to drive it back to Ohio, they agreed to pay for a replacement windshield when I got it home. As promised, the windshield was covered. This was not my first time buying a car from a distance, but it was by far the best experience. Other dealers need to do sales like this. No pressure, just the information I asked for, and at a price that made it more than worthwhile for me to do a fly and drive.

We were helped by Jason Grace, salesman at Bradshaw. He went above and beyond for us, finding us the exact car we were looking for and traveling to get it here. I love Bradshaw Chevy. Anytime I get work done there it turns out great. Their bodyshop is the best I've been to. I could show you my cars where dents used to be and you would not be able to tell. Some of their service technicians are simply genius with a car. When nobody else can figure out a problem with my car they can. Especially electrical problems. Their prices are fair and reasonable too. I will never take my cars to another place again. Other places just seem to have inferior workmanship. Not at Bradshaws.

As an amateur mechanic and college student away from home I usually do my own vehicle repairs. However, I just couldn't seem to figure out a specific problem on my truck. It's an old 1997 Chevy. I took it to Bradshaw to have them take a look to help me determine the issue.

Even though they fully knew that I was most likely going to do the repair myself, they quickly were able to figure out what the issue was right away, and gave me advice on how I could best make the repair. No up-selling or pushing me to have it repaired by them or pressure to purchase a replacement vehicle due to the age of my current one.

While I was waiting, I talked to one of the sales representatives and asked to take a look at a new truck out of curiosity. He also knew that I wasn't going to buy, but kindly showed me what I asked to see and answered any questions that I had.
