Candlewood Suites Bismarck, an IHG Hotel

Amazing experience, this is now our favorite hotel for whenever we visit Bismarck. My kids even loved it and didn't want to leave.

A very nice place to stay. The evening desk attendant was very nice and helpful. There is a well stocked grocery area for you to pick up quick breakfast item, something you forgot or a can of soup. The hotel was kid and pet friendly which made for a nice stay.

Friendly staff. CJ checked us in and was helpful and easy to chat with. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The gym has a nice cable machine and free weights, so it was great to blow off some steam after work and not have to get out and drive. FREE LAUNDRY is awesome!

Nice and surprising it's so worth the money to stay. They have dishes and cookware to use. I'll stay here again and in other states too.

This is our only hotel that we stay in while in Bismark, ND. Some of my doctors appointments are in Bismark. So, it’s like a mini vacation for my husband and I, when we go. We live about one and a half hours from Bismark. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, the rooms are always clean, and although we eat out allot while in town. It’s still nice that if we decide to eat in. The room comes with a fully furnished kitchen..

Stayed here 3 months for nightshift work during the blizzard of 2022.. Rooms were clean, location was convenient, the dog was welcome and pricing was fair. Some things went wrong here and there but staff always sorted it out in an effective and courteous manner. Props to James , Lexie, and the maintenance fellow, thanks guys.

We have stayed here over a month. We were sorry to leave. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is courteous and friendly. The pet walking area is large and furnished with everything needed to clean up after your pet. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was the BEST Motel that we stayed in on our road trip through North Dakota. Beautiful rooms with everything needed for a long or short stay. The beds were so comfortable that I would like to get the same mattress for my home. We took advantage of the laundry room and didn't have to pay a cent to use the washer & dryer. The lobby is welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly & accommodating. There is a small store to buy essentials for breakfast and snacks and laundry goods which was nice. It was a Very Good experience and the rooms are Beautiful and so clean. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and will Definitely stay here again in the future!

Been here for a few weeks for work it's a great place has everything you need and more. Has a little store near the front for common items and snacks also a little collection of DVD rentals and other nick nacks like books, board games, crock pots etc. Close to shopping stores and groceries. Nice and clean spacious rooms including the bathroom. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel! Very clean room/bathroom. Also was very secure and in a great location with some walkable nearby restaurants and shops! Very friendly front desk staff were helpful!

They have a kitchen so you can cook and it comes with practically everything you need, they don't offer breakfast but like I said you can cook. They do have have coffee,tea, and hot chocolate 24/7. They have a place to do your laundry or workout. The rooms are clean and quiet.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced, when I went to check in my CC would not work, the front desk staff did everything in their power to get me into a room and even offered do buy me a snack or a drink out of the "candlewood cupboard" for my troubles, would highly reccomend this hotel if you are looking for kind and courteous staff that go above and beyond to help their customers, micheal was a life saver this night! Ontop of that the rooms were fantastic, very clean and felt like home!

My experience at Candlewood Suites was as expected absolutely amazing. The facilities are so clean and I feel so comfortable with no worries of the Pandemic. The staff is unbelievable to make sure every need is met for me. I stay there for my appointments at Sanford.

Great rooms, decent prices, and easy access for handicapped customers. I'm very happy, and this may be our go-to for our Bismarck ND travels.

An extended stay hotel popular with dog owners, but not exclusively. Well kept, clean, staff is very responsive to requests for extra service or maintenance.

I was a travel nurse. I stayed for 6 months. The staff was very friendly. I had no issues. It was a great place to stay.

We've stayed here numerous times. The Candlewood is at a convenient location on the north side of Bismarck. It's a fairly new hotel, with rooms and appliances that haven't been abused (yet).

The rooms feature a full kitchenette and are fairly spacious yet comfortable.

There's no continental breakfast or comparable lobby services, however. For the price Candlewood generally charges, their competition provides a hot breakfast for a similar price. That would really be my only "complaint"; the Candlewood doesn't provide a great value, all things considered. Even within the IHG corporate family, the Staybridge Suites offer vastly upgraded rooms and amenities for nearly identical pricing.

All that said, I might consider staying here again, but only if the price is more competitive than it has been.

Had a reservation here last week, and had a package sent here to wait for me. Unfortunately work changes ended up forcing me to continue south by the time i got here but they were super nice about me basically using them as a mailbox! I appreciate it!

Great place to stay. Wonderful patio with a couple of grills to make cooking supper a breeze. Service has been great. Highly recommend it.
