There is a manager there by the name of Remmi. She has been very helpful in my quest of finding the right shampoo, mascara, and perfume. This has happened over several different trips. I have sought her out for assistance be cause she is real and honest. I truly appreciate her knowledge.

Daughter needed some items. She found what she was looking for. Good selection on mens cologne I might add

The customer service has improved 110% from a year ago. I stopped going because of rude sales clerks but decided to give it another chance and I’m glad I did. Emily was amazing!! She was willing to help me with a color match on ALL brands, not just the most expensive items and she pointed out all of the sales and bargains. Emily was super helpful and very patient with me even though I went back for several items halfway through checking out. THANK YOU EMILY for making my Ulta experience great!!!

I loved her flavor lotions it helps my skin better between their company and bath and body works for the only company I buy my lotions

Great customer service from the time I entered the door. Adam aka AJ was super nice and assisted me the entire time. He offered great suggestions and made my first experience in Ulta a great one! I will definitely stop by again plus he set up my account so that I earn points for my purchases. Thank you and the other young ladies were nice too !

Very helpful employees! I get pretty anxious in a makeup store as I have very little experience, and don't like when sometimes in some stores they make u feel silly for not knowing things, but the ladies here are very knowledgeable and explain very well what certain products are for.

They may not have everything like a city Ulta would. But I love this store cause they still have soo much. The girls a super friendly! And have really helped me with building my makeup. So I'm always in this place buying something. Lol

Some things are a little pricey but then, you know you're not getting knock offs, and its the real deal, everything is confirmed and verified, sealed to prove its legitimacy.

My daughter & I really enjoyed coming here to get her hair done. The stylist was very friendly & polite. My daughter loved her new color of hair. I will definitely visit here again & I recommend it to anyone who is interested in getting their hair done here. 😄

The first time ever I have bought make up that wasn’t from Walmart and I am super happy and thankful for the staff they helped me find what I needed and helped me find the right shades :) thank you guys for great customer service!
