I absolutely love Costco and their prices and value are unmatched, but the tire service leaves a lot to be desired. You have to go to a separate website to make an appointment and then you sit and wait for over 2 hours for your vehicle to even get in and then an hour and a half more to get a basic tire installation.

I came into Costo Tire Center with an 11:00 AM appointment for a flat tire repair. I'm still sitting here two hours later waiting for the repair to be completed. Not one single person has said a word why the huge delay. Unless you have all day to waste I would not recommend this place to anyone. You would think paying a membership fee would get you at least the same or better service than in a tire shop with no appointment.

We had new tires ($800.00)put on my daughters car. She paid additional 145.00 to have all 4 air sensors replaced. When she got home we noticed it only had 3 valve stem covers, one of the tires said inside on it(nice of them to put it on backwards) and the sensors were not reset. They had her car for over 3 hrs. We took it back the next day and spoke to the manager who fixed all the problems but I waited another 3hrs. She’s only 18 and this was her first experience. Poor girl was in tears. I will not be back ever.
