Best Western Roosevelt Place Hotel

A very nice Best Western Hotel located close to some really good restaurants and some terrific shopping!

Staff provided excellent client service from check-in to check-out. 👍

The breakfast area is amazing, well laid out, good breakfast options from cereals, toast and bagels, fruits, hot food including eggs, bacon ham hash browns. 🍳🥓
A nice selection of beverages, juices, coffee and tea. Great options to mix up your breakfast meals. ☕

Also providing a nice selection of vending machines for late night snacks or sodas.

The room was clean, comfortable and well laid out featuring a big flat screen television, fridge and microwave.

The pool area is really nice, very clean, many tables and chairs to relax in. 💦
A very interesting aspect is the motorized accessible chair lift to allow those with disabilities to enjoy the pool as well! ♿
Nice shower area and large wheel chair accessible bathroom.

They also provide some nice wide parking for the disabled close to the front doors. ♿

An excellent business area with computer and printer access.

Appointed with some really nice art work throughout. Pictures of Bismark in the room was a nice touch.

Recommend this as an excellent place to stay!

For my father's funeral, my family and I stayed here for 3 night. The staff did everything in there power to make sure I was comfortable. Jana (who works in the kitchen) made sure I had breakfast and was the most caring worker. Please thank her for me. The staff treats you with respect and like family. Thank you for your kindness.

It is one of the better hotels we have stayed in when traveling to Bismarck. The beds are not too hard, and they have enough pillows. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, and make your own waffles.

The fitness room was a great place to try out my new underwear!
They had a peloton bike but I couldn't really use it as I don't have cycling cleats or a peloton membership. I tried to see if I could access anything else on the computer but the language seems to be set to Slovak so I didn't get very far.
Room was clean, water was hot, and they didn't even check the room before returning my deposit. Had I known that I would have stolen some of those soft towels.

This was overall a very pleasant stay. They are pet friendly with a 25 dollar fee and 100 dollar deposit which is returned, the front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating also the breakfast was quite filling.
The other positive is it is closely located to places to eat and a VERY large dog park.

Best value I’ve found in Bismarck. Harmony at the front desk was pleasant during check-in. Pool was warm. The breakfast setup was impressive and has a posted rotating hot menu plus items that were available every morning. Scrambled eggs, country potatoes, bacon, ham, sausage, and biscuits and gravy were some of the hot items I had during my stay. The fresh cut mixed fruit bowl was delicious. Different melons, strawberries, pineapple, blackberries, red and green grapes, mandarin orange segments etc. Also a waffle station, pastries, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs and a juice machine with four different options. Coin-op guest laundry worked well and was $1.50 per machine. The room was clean and seemed relatively new. Fridge and microwave even though I got the least expensive room. A few little issues were the digital HVAC thermostat was not at all accurate as measured by my thermometer and the fridge didn’t get as cold as I would have liked. The guest laundry room didn’t have the trash taken out promptly. All-in-all it is a wonderful small hotel. Bonus points for being next to Culver’s, one of my new favorite fast food places. A top-rated Mexican restaurant is also out front. Also right by Costco and Walmart. I would absolutely stay here again especially given the reasonable rate. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Centrally located near restaurants, Walmart across the street. Clean quiet, comfortable room. Beautiful swimming pool, sumptuous breakfast buffet, and the lady taken care of. It was so friendly, as was the young lady when I checked in.

Right next to everything you need, Walmart, grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. Gas stations and CVS pharmacy right down the road. Easy to find. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, even in a post pandemic world.

Great Hotel! Staff and Hotel are kid friendly and there is a great place for parents to hang out. Large enough to accommodate big groups, but small enough you don’t have to worry about kids getting lost. Found our new Bismarck hotel!

Nice and clean hotel, pet friendly. Very comfortable and soft beds, great hot breakfast. They have a daily menu for breakfast, so they serve different things each day. I was happy to have real eggs!! Within walking distance to a few restaurants. Great stay!!

Nice hotel. The kids liked the pool being open until 10. We had it to ourselves on a Wednesday night. No hot tub, but my own fault for not checking. Nice seating area near lobby to share a meal of takeout or breakfast in the morning. Nice employees and clean rooms and common areas.

We stayed here during multiple trips from Bottineau for medical reasons. This hotel was the most affordable option that was also clean and had great customer service! The staff is friendly, pool is small but clean, and having breakfast options available before our appointments was such a huge help! We did have a few times where housekeeping knocked on doors rather early, but I can't blame them for being eager to get their work done.

My husband stayed here for several months and we joined him for a few months after school was out. The location is very convenient to everything. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The only problem that I had during our visit was the last few weeks. On 3 different occasions, the housekeeping didn't clean our room and said we had the do not disturb sign up. After talking with the front desk, it never happened again. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay there again.

My stay was amazing!!! As a Best Western platinum member I'd rate my stay at the very top of all the Best Western hotels I've stayed at. The reason would be the staff and accommodations they provided. I was stranded for the blizzard snow storm on April 12th in Bismarck,ND and even with staff dealing with another crabby and ungrateful customer they kept a smile on their faces. I'd like to applaud Jess Z. and how much of a valuable asset she is to your company and organization. When I put myself as being a business owner I'd love to have an employee that would be exactly how Jess conducts herself for the business. I did not get her last name other than the first initial but I hope this reaches the right ears and she can get the recognition she truly deserves. I normally don't write reviews. With how well Jess Z made my stay with Best Western is another reason why I continually will choose Best Western as my choice of stay. Thank you Jess Z for helping me have a great night stay at Best Western and keeping me safe to make it home to my family.

Very large room and bathroom. Everything was modern and clean. Quiet and comfortable.
They have a full breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, etc. All very good. The workers at the desk were very friendly.

Wonderful hotel! We were placed on the second floor right behind the front awning so we didn't have a view of anything but otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable! Standard breakfast items but can't complain about free food! Soft towels and real nice toiletries. Bed was very comfortable. Only downside of this place was the rude guests slamming their doors, and the person with the elephant feet stomping above us but that's not the hotel's fault. After driving 9 hours this was a great choice (minus the inconsiderate people- if you stay at a hotel please remember that other people are there too and to have some manners).

We had a great stay here! Hotel was clean and the staff was from! The pool was open normal hours. Breakfast was hot and consisted of eggs bacon and potatoes. They bring the breakfast out to you. There was also an assortment of cereals and pastry’s, along with good coffee and fresh milk. We are very happy with our stay!

The staff was a pleasure to talk with and very helpful with things to see in the area. Our room was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was exceptional, omelet to order was a surprise to have. The front lobby was very clean and easy to access. We will be returning.

Hotel appears quite new. Standard room, but with all the extras: microwave and small fridge. Even the photos serving as decor are better than average. But what I like best is a chair with a reading lamp! Yes, some of us relax with the newspaper or a book. My positive attitude was kick-started by the personable woman working the reception desk. Genuinely friendly hotel staff is always welcome.
