Really nice worker their, his name was David! Very genuine and kind! Great service.

While they quickly un out of breakfast items at their Hotstuff, I have been able to run here to pick up ingredients I forgot to grab for dinner as well as candy, ice cream, other snacks, and a variety of beverages! The staff is always courteous and the store is neat and clean.

I go here at least once a week and it's usually a good experience for me. I like the pizzas and it's a convenient place for me to get a gallon of milk on my way home from work. My husband smokes and his cigarettes are significantly cheaper here than many other gas stations. I'd have to say my favorite thing about this gas station is that they sell gasoline without ethinol added which seems to be much more rare than I would prefer.

However, sometimes there aren't enough people up at the registers and the lines can get quite long because of this. They seem to have a high turnover rate for employees so even when they have to employees running the tills, it can still take a while with a newer person. Other than that, the staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. 7 out of 10 times I can just run in and out, but the other 3 times can be rather frustrating.

I initially began my employment with being welcomed and with open arms. With that being said the treatment from the current manager at this establishment was in no way professional in any way shape or form. I gave it about two to three weeks of being a employee but the treatment from the current manager was not getting any better. I tried communicating with the manager about how I felt about being treated in the way i was by her. When I did she became very irritated and made a very uncalled for statement she had claimed that I was using my mental issues to manipulate staff and to get away with things. Such a statement about my personal issues has no buisness coming out of her mouth she had no reason to say anything like this it was extremely unprofessional. I'm currently undergoing the process to report her to the higher ranking roles of tri energy. the amount of disrespect from this employer was constant and was not acceptable by any means. And recently ive also noticed that many people recently who were employed at this establishment under the current management it has every single one has quit within a week of being employed there. So it is safe to say my first job ever was not a enjoyable experience by any means and I would not recommend working here till they get better management

I won't go into too much detail but manager and some (not all) employees are rude and have zero people skills. Unless it's talking to their own friends or family then they can talk and talk and talk. I've had many poor visits there and would prefer to pay a little more at John's where I get good service.

Owner should be here working all the time since there is no staff. Kitchen is hardly ever open, and lines at the register consistently 6-8 deep taking upwards of 10-15 minutes to check out at a gas station. Save your time and give your money to someone who cares, go to a different gas station in Bismarck. Any is better ran than this one is currently.

Horribly rude experience. Drove my RV over to fill propane. only one person trained to do it and couldn't leave store because no one else would watch the fron . Saw two other employees working in the store...

Drove to get breakfast to find the kitchen closed. Waste of time. I was told the girl who worked the kitchen quit. After counting the number of employees still working and the manager in the office i found this to be very unacceptable and lazy.

If I could I would give this 0 stars but you have to give at least 1 star...
Manager is rude and not very respectful. Will not come here again as a customer. Not only is manager horrible the pizza area isnt very well taken care of at all.

Don't ever go here for propane!! Always excuses why they can't do it.
