It's a great place to work out. Very clean gym with no gym smell. Friendly staff willing to answer questions when you're a newbie like me learning to run the machines. Trainers for every level.

I've been working out in my home gym for years now and just recently decided to venture out into trying a Gym for the first time in a long time. I decided to go with core fitness simply because it was a new facility and figured it would be a great place to start fresh. I've been training here for almost a year now and I've really enjoyed the experience. The staff is always friendly, the gym is always clean, and everyone comes here to train. I love that I can get in and out without any distractions.

If you are looking for a gym where everyone is there to actually get a good workout, this is where you want to come.
