100 West Main Senior Living Apartments

I do not live here. It is a new property. Looks lovely on the outside.

Looks cool.

My mother has lived here for nearly a year. Continuous problems with the heat working properly on the upper floors. Worrying with the polar vortex temps. Management is unresponsive. There is mold growing on her windows along with fruit flies from excessive moisture.
The building was built with shoddy cheap materials and poor workmanship.
The building was built with HUD funds, and the ever-ethical Wells Fargo Bank is an investor.
Residents of the building have met to discuss poor living/management situation. If things do not improve, I will pay for my mother to move out.

Horrible place to live in regards to cold, leaky windows, and continuous problems with the heating. Upon lease renewal, your rent rises $20 per month despite unresolved maintenance issues. See mold growth in window sill pic attachment.
