We had a situation in which we switched Insurance companies and then in very short order had to switch policies due to purchasing a new home. The level of responsiveness was unexpected and refreshing. I do not feel like a policy number working with Kramer Agency. We had some documents that we needed turned around in short order and would receive them before getting worried about meeting timelines. It is not always easy switching insurance companies, but the quality and professionalism that you are met with make it an easy and confident decision. This agent is very rude, and unprofessional. Not interested in small accounts or customer service.

At no point are they interested in what you, the customer, wants but instead insist on more and then more to raise the costs, and when you say "no", they just refuse to do a quote or policy for you. This is a dihonorable company. Don't waste your time!

I question the relevance and honesty of the reviews here. I contacted this agent for GL (general liability) for my business. On the phone from the start of the call, Mr. Justin could not have seemed less interested in assisting me by providing my company a quote. His attitude reflected I was not worth his time. From the start, I told him we're a small business and needed to get a quote for GL only. He told me "GL policies are not usually very expensive for this type of business", and said he wouldn't be interested, then added the only way he'd give me a quote, I had to include auto as well (which we have coverage for). I was very polite and understanding. But he insisted to get a quote for GL I'd need to bundle it with our autos. I was happy to save money if possible so I said I would agree to that despite that was NOT what I wanted a quote for. After I spent a bit of time into gathering the documents for him for the auto policy, and emailed them, he then refused to give us a quote, he said he saw on our site we have affiliated businesses, because I told him I was not interested in other coverages for unrelated businesses only what I asked for. He said they would not help us!

His emails were very unprofessional, and disrespectfully by how they were worded. He took no effort at all, even in the emails.

This agent is after the big money, his attitude reflected that from the start, his tone was annoyed and not interested in assisting us with a quote. I would not recommend anyone use him or this agency.
