Wendy's

Stopped here in June 2016 while travelling from Saskatchewan to Ontario. Sometimes I think about how fresh the beef was here. Wendy’s in North Dakota just hits different. There’s a 100% I’ll never be back in Bismarck, but man I’ll be 95 years old in a nursing home occasionally thinking about this freshness of the Wendy’s in Bismarck, ND.

The staff is Always friendly and happy to help. The food is always fresh and very tasty. Highly recommend

The guy working the front counter during lunch on 12/3/24 deserves a raise! Great service

Good food. Short wait for food but french fries were super fresh out of the fryer so I'm sure that was the delay.

Thought I would try the ghost pepper fries. I was imagining some sort of seasoning, so I was disappointed when the fries had a greasy hot sauce spattered on the fries. I liked the spice but not the mess.

I love it. Can I have something free lol but more deal and coupon would due a great deal to add pet in bag snacks cause my grand puppy

Our family rolled into the drive-thru as "those people" who hit minutes before close with 3 hungery kids under 9 and not entirely sure Google had the correct hours listed. Ani was absolutely incredible and made our evening, engaged with our kids and made us feel welcome even though we had an order for 5 so close to midnight. The rest of the staff working as well was just as friendly and understanding! Amazing customer service all the way around.

well i see a lot of do not recommend HOWEVER today I recommend this Wendy's!!! As I was waiting at the window for my order the lady apologized for the wait and she let me know that she was the ONLY one there this morning. I said no worries and asked why she was the only one. She said " I dont know, people just dont show up, I feel sorry for the customers because they have to wait a bit longer" So here is a Lady all by herself and not worrying about herself but worrying about the customers and on top of that our order correct and freshly made and so yummy. Sonia at store #00011077 you deserve employee of the year and a raise.

This is by far the best Wendy's within 100 miles! The Manager who has been there for years is amazing, she runs a great crew & the food is always exactly what we order, it's always hot & comes out fast. We've never had a bad meal there, ever, so if you like Wendy's go to this one!

I went through the drive up and ordered chili,
the chili had no seasoning at all.
I'm glad I asked for cheese, onions, and sour cream. Otherwise, it would have really sucked.

Very friendly workers here. Helpful and fast. I haven't been to Wendy's in a while and I've forgotten just how good the Double Cheeseburger is. I'll be going back. My daughter got the chicken nuggets. She said they weren't as good as McDonald's.

"I had more than a few questions about the menu, dollar amount, and the $5 biggie meal," which were all answered with positivity, kindness, and in a timely fashion! I left the drive-thru with warm food, napkins, great service, and hiring information for a possible position! I definitely would return as customer or employee!!

Jonathon had impeccable customer service! It's so rare anywhere you go these days. Even though he had to leave the register just as it was my turn in line, he greeted me & let me know he'd be right back. Most places they just slowly skulk off and leave you wondering and feeling like you're bothering them. He was quick, effective, and pleasant. Very nice! THAT was customer service!

OK. So you know when you say to yourself "Is this a good Wendy's or bad one?" Don't worry: You've found a great one! As a longtime lover of Wendy's, I can say, easily, this one if ****ing fantastic. The wait time is negligible and the orders are very accurate. I've eaten here much more than I'd like to admit. These guys get it right on a regular basis.

The food is always hot, the clerks are caring and kind. The last visit I went to the north Wendy's in Bismarck. ND, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER THE CLERK WAS ABRUPT, HANDED MY DRINK BUT IMPATIENT FOR ME WHILE I PUT MY CHANGE BACK IN MY COIN PURSE. . SHE THEN HANDED ME MY APPLE PECAN CHICKEN SALAD., and shut the wind is. There were no napkins. I hope I don't get her again. I love Wendy's but she made my visit a turn off. .

Hot food, fast service, friendly humans. Sometimes when it gets hectic they mess up a tish but not bad. Able to fix mistakes easily if customer is not mean. Still a great place to get food from, and I go here all the time, wonderful fries and frosties

Wendy's always has good food she you are on the road. We have eaten here a few times on our way east or west and have always been treated well and they have even gone the extra mile to make my kids smile with extra toys when they saw how well my kids were playing with the ones the had gotten.

Burger and fries were hot and fresh. Not much conversation from the person at the window. Must have had a bad day.

Love they have an assortment of great salads with lots of fixings!! This will be my new eating, drive thru place. They are also very friendly and virus safe precautions!!
