Lovely authentic mexican... Great food! Monday and Thursday are $1 taco day... You can get a bunch of yummy street tacos for a little bit of money!!

The staff is always friendly and concerned about serving delicious food.

Tamarindo and Jamica are both excellent drinks... Love them!

We tried different tacos, they are $1.00 on Thursday's . They are small street tacos, but three of them filled me up! I think my husband ate 8. We tried different varieties, and they were all delicious!!

Food was delicious. My husband had their Matchette ( so good and huge), and I had the Fajitas Hawaii. We also had the empanadas, which were my favorite. I wouldn't order the Fajitas Hawaii again, I didn't love the yellow cheese melted on top, and trying to get it out of the pineapple was awkward. However, the meat, peppers, and shrimp were tender and piping hot. The tortillas that came with the Fajitas were fantastic. We took extra home.
Service was great, and our server was super helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go back and try other menu options!

Sunday Lunch with mom #58! The decor and atmosphere is very authentic and colorful. The food portions were HUGE! I had a Burrito with chicken, pineapple, and shrimp! The grilling on the shrimp and pineapple was exceptional. I could only eat half! Mom had Ceviche Mixto with lots of various seafood but it was over-the-top with lime and not as balanced as some other ceviches. Always appreciate unsalted tortilla chips!

One knows it’s appreciated for the flavors if it’s loved by the local Latinos! Heard more Mexican than English! 👏🏼

Went for lunch and everything was fantastic. I had an al pastor burrito and a shredded chicken sope. My partner had a chicken enchilada and tamale. Everything was great the lettuce and tomato and guacamole were fresh and delicious. Our server was on top of everything and very friendly. Can't wait to come back here.

Stopped in for lunch and had some wonderful Mexican food. California burrito, pork tamale and cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. The salsa was to die for and their hot sauces were great as well! Will definitely be back. They also have Barria tacos advertised on certain days.

First time eating there and the tacos were really good.
When I go back that's all I usually get so I haven't had a chance to try Anything else yet, but I will!!.. They have dollar tacos twice a week and believe me it's well worth it!.

$1 tacos on Monday and Thursday are my jam dude. I could eat thirty tacos solo they're so good.

Service is quick and friendly, and the restaurant itself is a nice environment.

First time here and I got to say this place blows my mind. Service staff are really friendly and attentive. I had 3 carnitas and 3 chorizo tacos and wow it's very juicy and succulent. You have 3 type of sauce, a very spicy red chili sauce, a guacamole aoli, and a green chili sauce to choose from and all 3 didn't disappoint. (My favorite is the red chili sauce kicks a punch)! Chips and salsa were very tasty. Salsa isn't too strong or pungent and have a mildly saltiness fresh taste. I'm glad I took the time to come here and try something new.

Small place with great food!

We've stopped several times with some friends for a bite to eat during the week. It's ranged from only a couple of occupied tables to decently crowded

There are good size menus and a board with a lot of specials - everything we've tried has been good - sopas, gorditas, quesadillas, tortas, papusas, tacos, enchiladas, and more.

No complementary chips and salsa, but you can order some if you like. Authentic Mexican food doesn't need free chips 😉

I definitely recommend giving them a try!

Best authentic Mexican food in the area!!!!! Get the Papusas & Caldo De Res!!!!! But seriously, anything is good! I also love the whole fried fish and did I mention the corn tortillas are homemade????

Excellent breakfast! We have eaten here for breakfast several times. And it is always fresh and delicious. Chorizo breakfast burrito yes please!. Definitely worth a try

So glad I found this place... I'm a huge taco and tamales kind of guy, and both are absolutely delicious here... You know this establishment is legit because you will always see natives dining here...

Amazing food! It was really hot inside though, and the service was a little slow, but everyone was friendly and the food is authentic and so good!

So yummy! Taco days are Mon/Thurs, you can get authentic tacos for a $1 each. I posted some pictures of their menu and the specials.

El mejor lugar en donde comer comida mexicana auténtica! I love this place. My favorite taco so far is the puerco con nopales. They algo have homemade flan, super tasty. The people are very friendly and explain all the different items in the menu. I can't wait to come back often. Give them a try! Best Mexican Nixa has to offer. Check out their specials!!!

Best authentic Mexican food in Springfield. Try the 'machete' - it's like a long Mexican calzone with 2 or 3 meats plus cheese in it. Great for 3 - 6 people.

Also, Thursday is $1 street taco day. I tip about 40% because the tacos are so cheap.

Service is so-so because they are understaffed and always packed on Thursday.

Yes. Salsa awesome. Tacos awesome. The torta was awesome. Best Mexican food I've eaten since I've been in Missouri. I'm from AZ so I've been searching for my go to spot. I've only eaten here twice so far but have yet to be disappointed.
