Cute, affordable and great quality. We have always found what we’re looking for at The Children’s Place. The local staff are always helpful and make our shopping experience fun. If we can’t find what we need locally, there is more than enough choices online for us to find what we need.

I had a contest at a local grade school with the intention of rewarding the winner with a $150.00 gift card from Childrens Place, which I purchased in advance. As it turned out I had a 3 way tie than called the local retailer asking if I could exchange $150.00 card for 3 $50.00 gift cards. They acted like this would require Magic and the Manager was too busy to speak with me on the phone but the person assisting me gave me customer service number. What a joke they are always receiving such a high volume that you must call back later, than are hung up on. No wonder thay have such a high rate of calls there service is **&&$%^

I have never been disrespected the way I was today in this store!
I shop in here regularly because I have a son that’s growing like a weed. It’s not my preferred place to shop but they have a store card and you get points for shopping.
I called the day before to see how I can do a online return in store. I spoke with Danielle she explained how it works, wouldn’t let me get a word in and when she finally did, rushed me off the phone and basically hung up on me. I thought no big deal. She’s probably REALLY BUSY! I get it! I’ve worked retail for 10+years.
I come in the next day at 1:26pm to do two separate returns and i approach the counter there’s two women already being helped. So i wait while my son is playing on his tablet. The customer in front exchange smiles and look at my son. Everything is fine!
That woman walks away to reveal the associate that’s helping them. She looks like this was the last place she wanted to be. And i saw she had to take some clothes out of a bag and ring them. So i guessed there was a mistake so that’s probably why she looks like that. The customer didn’t look to happy either. Which i thought to myself “holiday season in retail” and felt sorry for her. When it was my turn she greeted me very nice but her face didn’t have to same reaction. I tried to explain to her that i have two separate returns and i called to see how it all works to make it easier on you guys. I’m going to make a purchase as well. I’m looking for under shirts. I didn’t get to say A WORD! I was instantly met with “YUP! YUP!”
Which i thought was weird so i waited and tried again as I’m putting the online transaction on the counter. A new customer stands behind me at this point. So i tried again to explain to the associate Sarah that I have to returns on the same three sheets of paper and the front side is the online and the backside is the in store. I was met once again with “YUP! YUP!”
And she moves away and I tried to point at the paper.
I’m completely confused on why she won’t let me help so we can get this over with. She then looks at the back of the paper which was the in store return as shes typing, I look at the paper she then moves it closer to her chest soI can’t read it. I then tell her that that’s the wrong return. She looks at me in the side of her eye smiles, then giggles and says “No, it’s not”
I look at her amazed! And completely shocked how she was being so condescending to me! I’m just trying to do a return! I wasn’t rude to her! I don’t know her! Just shocked by how left this transaction has gone. So as i wait there she then has a confused look on her face while looking at the paper. At this point I’m standing there with a smirk on my face because i know she’s looking at the wrong thing. I then laugh and say “that’s what im trying to explain to you”
She then try’s to cut me off for the fourth time! After that i snatched the paper out of her hand and requested for someone else to help me. Sarah says “no ma’am I’m trying..” i asked again this time raising my voice a little. She tells me to calm down. I then yell! “No! I’ve requested twice! You’ve denied both of my request! Get me someone else!” She then rolls her eyes and ask for the store manager Danielle to help. She walks over very calm and upbeat asking what’s going on. Not concerned, just upbeat. I then tell her that I have a return and asked if she could help. She says yes! Sarah is still standing there while this convo is happening and I then asked “if she could leave please..” Danielle then escorts the customer behind me to the other side of the register and has Sarah help her there. I am FINALLY able to explain to someone about the paper and the two returns and wasn’t cut off! Danielle walks around and proceeds to help me. I think that everything is fine and I was actually going to apologize to Danielle and let her know what had transpired. But then the customer who was standing behind me says out loud to Sarah at the end of their transaction “You didn’t deserve that! That woman is crazy!”
Sarah smiles and nodded her head.

The online is a Horrible DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM ONLINE, you hold for 30 minutes no natter what time of day then you are cross seas , and not only do they process your cancelled order after 10 days of no response on a order that was placed on the 16th to be processed on the 25th a Sunday after you call on the 22nd an CANCEL YOUR ORDER THAT WAS NEVER PROCESSED ONLY TO BE THE REMINDER FOR THEM TO PROCESS AND SEND YOUR CANCELLED ORDER and tell you to take it back to a store sorry not in the state it is going to. THANK YOU CHILDREN'S PLACE

The mall closes at 8, they close at 7. I don't think I can comment any more on the stupidity of that thinking.
