I would like to say that I had to make a very hard decision about my sick girl Mikey and to lay her to rest. I have so much respect for the vet as she was the kindest and sweetest and made the transaction so peaceful for me and my girl. I will forever remember her compassion and what she did for me and my girl. Honestly the best vet I have ever had and I will be a lifetime customer. Your are amazing and so is your clinic. Thank you for being such a great vet and for your true compassion during this very hard time.

The staff here are incredibly kind to both the people and the animals they serve. I only used this get for a short period of time, but they were inexpensive for their quality of work and have been absolutely amazing to work with. They occasionally reach out to their clients, asking for updates on their pets, and routinely send out emails with tips regarding weather and health of their animals, while not being preachy or spamming. I would absolutely recommend this vet to anyone who wants to make sure their pets are safe, healthy, and well taken care of!

I had to put our sweet family dog Bailey down today. The doctor was compassionate and explained the entire process step by step. The doctor and staff didn't rush and were very considerate. Thank you for being respectful and comforting in our time of need. Also thank you for being respectful towards our sweet girl and showing such compassion towards her. It truly warmed our hearts and put us at peace.

The drs and staff have been marvelous with our dogs. Very friendly, caring and understanding.

We've taken our cats here for the last 8 years and everyone is so amazing! They answer all the silly questions and provide all the snuggles and scratches our cats demand. We've boarded both of our cats here before, and didn't have to worry about them at all while we were gone because we got daily picture updates! Highly recommend!

We had our Australian Shepherd groomed there in late February. Their groomer there, Nichole, did a fantastic job on our dog and he's tough to groom because of the double coat Aussies have and he's, well, extremely fidgety. She also trimmed his feet (nails/hair) and we couldn't be more pleased. Seriously the best grooming job ever on this 10-yr old Aussie.

They are always so kind and go the extra mile for me and my pets. Dr. Kelly is a dog whisperer in my opinion, but everyone there is very intuitive and easy to work with as well.

They are the BEST! First experience I had was needing to put my 17 old cat, down. She was in pain and wasting away... My vet at the time, could not find time to help her pass.
Gentle Care made time for her, that day! I will never forget!
Besides that, they truly care about my animals and are not doing it just for a pay check. I highly recommend this clinic. They have great hours too! 👍👍

Always a good experience here. They treat my cat with respect 😅 and they were so nice with my dogs in the past. We aren't very good at keeping up with vet visits but I never feel judged or anything when I come here like I have at other vets. I think they're pretty fairly priced as well...nothing outrageous. Dogs seemed to like being boarded here a couple years ago.

They treated my dog , Tiny Rick , and did brilliantly , called to follow up and explained everything !
Outstanding personal service

Dr. Kelly and the team at Gentle Care are always friendly and helpful. I have been visiting them regularly over the last three years with my senior dog. She has a heart condition, and they've been wonderful about improving her quality of life. My dog is still such a spry little old lady! Everyone at the Vet is so patient with my endless questions and are sensitive to my tight budget. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We have used Gentle Care for over 10 years. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly. She is a fantastic vet who treats our pets like she would her own. We have dealt with a number of illnesses and surgeries that have sent us to Columbia and she has been great through it all. My pets have seen other vets there when Dr Kelly is not available with no issues but she is our regular vet and I really think she's fantastic!!

I've been going to the same vet for 10 years. And after moving away I continued to drive almost 2 hours to my trusted vet. Until I had an emergency with my brand new 6 week old puppy. I had no choice but to try Nixa Animal Hospital. Holy cow was I surprised! They are amazing! Not only are they great doctors but they also make a point of getting to know your entire family. I was super impressed at how the receptionist called the following day and then agian after 72 hours to make sure that my baby girl was doing well! Another plus was that I have already been sent a FREE nail clipping at our next visit! Needless to say, I have had our fur babies primary and emergency care switched to their office. Truly they have given me peace of mind.

Always there for you and your pet now matter what. Had my fur baby there 15 years. Love the staff. Excellent boarding. Nixa is lucky to have this vet clinic. I thankful for the care they gave my dog .

This is my favorite place to take my dogs for grooming and to see Dr. Kelly. Dr. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and cares for the well being of your pet. She took extra time to email videos and scenarios while we were training our puppy.
