Inspections saves lives…….
So grateful for the service provided by Heartland Chevrolet’s Service Center. Brought my son’s car in for an oil change and to have a tire pressure sensor replaced. Had no clue we might have had a safety issue lurking. During the complementary car inspection with the oil change the technician discovered a broken/missing bolt from the rear brake caliper (see picture). We would have not know about this until it was too late. I can’t express how thankful that the technician took the inspection process seriously. As a result of their care, they resolved a safety issue that saved us from potential disaster. In addition to taking care of this issue with no extra charge, they also took care of a miss communication on an extra service. Thank you Eric for your exceptional service and Integrity.
