Mid-Missouri Bank

Rick has helped us with two mortgage loans and has gone over the top for us both times. This time around we were 3.5 hours from his office and he still took great care of us. His communication is top notch and he gets things done quick and easy. Would 10/10 recommend him to anybody that is working on buying a home!

I absolutely love this particular branch office of mid-missouri Bank! For so many reasons, I choose to utilize this branch. Every time I go to this branch office, I'm greeted by name, friendly happy people that really seem to be happy to be there, absolute professionalism and product knowledge. They even love my little Yorkie puppy and ask if I'll let him down to run around within the office and greet all the employees. Today, Alicyn Hernandez and Kim handled a large & tricky transaction for me. It was a very important transaction and rather than say "it couldn't be done or I don't know"; they took the extra time to find the right answers and the correct and best way to get it done. If MTV gave out awards for Best Notary Public Taylor Hulland would win by a landslide, because THAT GIRL ROCKS! Even talked me into opening an account at the bank next time I want to start a new one. Was just a great experience working with someone that seems genuinely pleased to be of service. I didn't catch the girls name working beside her, but just as friendly and welcoming as Taylor was.

Great personalized service from Taylor and branch manager Alissa. It was so refreshing to go into a bank and not be forced to use technology interfaces. Great customer service is getting to be rare and at least this branch of Mid-Missouri Bank shows that their customers are important to them.

Super friendly and welcoming. I loved Alyssa, Jasmin, Traci were amazing I felt like we were best friends talking for hours they did the work before I even knew it. They were very good at multitasking. They always make sure to do the work and make you feel like family.

Hands down best service we have had with opening a new account. Jazmin was so helpful opening our accounts! She was quick and able to answer all of our questions and get us an account that worked perfect for our needs! Alyssa is the manager here and was so helpful in the final touches! Alyssa was quick to make sure we could deposit our check so we could pay our bills. She was fabulous throughout the entire process! Highly recommend!

Just opened an account. Like a lot of things, expected it to be a slow process. Traci and Liz working together had my account information and my new debit card in about 10 minutes. Answered all my questions and had me on my way. Very pleasant experience which other banks have not offered. Thank you.
