Kyle was extremely easy to work with. Free estimation was helpful, and he got my door ding out with in 2 hours of me dropping off my car. He educated me on the placement of my door ding and how it could cause a potential paint issue. However he got it out and made it look seamless with no paint damage at all. Highly recommend giving him a call!

Kyle gave a fast free estimate on the spot. He got the vehicle in two days later and removed the dent in a couple of hours. The fairly large dent and scratch are completely gone. I called Kyle on a Monday morning about a door ding and scratch I got over the weekend. I was at his shop at 11:45, expecting an estimate, but drove away at 12:15 with my car looking brand new like it never even happened. Very pleased with the work, flexibility and price point. Took my Jeep there to get a dent fixed. After getting a high quote and a long wait time to fix my car from a different shop, I did not have high hopes that Dakota Hail and Dent would be able do it for less and/or having to tear my car apart. WELL, to my surprise they exceeded my expectations. I couldn't even see where the dent ever was. My car looks new again and the cost was minimal. Additionally, their customer service was exceptional. The owner was extremely helpful speaking to me in laymen's terms as this was my first hail incident. Explained the difference between the insurance estimate and his and how to go about it. I didn't call any other shops because of how trustworthy he is. Completed the work quickly and professionally. Can't tell my pickup was through a storm. Would recommend 10/10.
