I've used Shane and AFI for about 4 years at the time of this review. Initially, we moved from another insurnace company in town because he saved us almost half on our car insurance, and was able to double our home owners coverage for the same as what we were paying elsewhere. While the money-side of things is great, Shane and his staff have not only provided insurance to us, but have truly taken care of us in the last 4 years. Shane answers the phone - day or night - to ensure his clients are taken care of. When my wife was in a minor car accident a couple of months ago, he was the second phone call that was made (after 911) - he arrived on site before the police left to make sure everyone was OK, and to ensure that everything was taken care for the repair of our vehicle. You don't find guys like Shane who truly treat their job as a profession, and when you do, you keep using them!
