Let me first start off by saying I totaled my last car and needed a car to get me back on the road. They help me specially with any concerns I had with the vehicle I bought from them. They are very much up front with everything. Also nice to a place they will talk with me not at me. This is why I love family owned business over corporation any day. They generally care about their customers. Would recommend anyone to use this place.

Had an emergency with one of my brakes while making the move from Tennessee to Colorado over labor day weekend. No where else could get us in until Tuesday, but these guys made time for us and were super generous and hospitable while we were there. Some of the nicest people I've ever met! We're so very lucky to have found you guys! Thank you for saving our trip!

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is honest and doesn't want to rip you off. Not to mention their pricing is better than all the compation. I had a few problems with my car a little over a month ago and everywhere else was quoting me over $800. I called several places and Norm's Auto fixed everything for just $462!!! Huge difference and everything was fixed perfectly. I have no problems with my car anymore.

I was coming from Minnesota, just passing through and my belt came off my car and i was stuck in middle of Kansas City with no help. So I called them and told them what happened and i was going to have it towed to them, but the tow company took like 3 hours to show up. Norms showed up before them and came to me and fixed my belt on the spot in 5 mins. WAS GREAT HELP AND GOT IT DONE FAST and i was back on my way home. Recommend them to anyone in that area.

Very fair, best prices in town. They don’t take cards, so be sure to take cash or check with you. They were very nice and got my car running again quickly.

These guys are solid, hard working and most importantly HONEST! tough thing to find these days unfortunately. I have been taking my vehicles to them for over 10 yrs and wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my cars.

I love going to Norm's the people that work there are nice and friendly. When i take my car there to get worked on or just to get an inspection done i am confidant that it will be done right and quickly.

Jeff really knows his stuff. I will be a forever customer. They treat you right and are very fair and upfront with you. I definitely recommend Norm’s for your car repairs!

I’m out of town with no tools and just needed a oil sending unit replaced. All the shops were too busy to squeeze me in ASAP but they told me to come on and helped get me fixed and back on the road. They were extremely helpful.

Only place I will take my car!

They take care of all my families vehicle's and work with us. They find the cheapest ways all the way to the most expensive, only thing I would say only thing, need to take debt cards. I appreciate there work on my car's.

Very helpful staff. I had to stop at norm's in an emergency to get my AC worked on. The staff was very helpful in diagnosing and fixing my AC problem and they did not price gouge me even though I was in a tight situation.

You have to remember they are a smaller dealership/mechanic shop. But if you can get in Mike and his wife will take care of you. There mechanic knows what he is doing.

I waited until the last minute to renew my tags and needed an inspection this morning. They were friendly and got me right in.

Best place for service but that's my opinion . It's usually busy there so sometimes might take awhile to get work done .

The absolute most honest and comprehensive shop I’ve ever been to and I will never go anywhere else as long as I can help it
