Don't let the photo quality let you question a visit! While the location may certainly make EAT Thai a more visible option, this place is an authentic Thai experience. Family owned and operated, this mom-and-pop shop offers a variety of off-menu items as well as many curries and stews! The prices are competitively lower than the competition but the quality is the same. Be sure to call ahead for quick pick up or have them delivered as there are no seating options available.

Food was delicious! We got Chicken Pad Thai and egg rolls...both great. The pad Thai was a perfect hint of spicy for me. They also give peppers on the side to add if wanted. The noodles weren't greasy and had great flavor. The gentleman is so nice too! Highly recommend!!

The egg rolls were great. The best sweet and sour sauce I've ever had. The drunken noodles were good but I should have asked for them spicy. The normal spice level of their food is set to match a typical ND person, so not that spicy. Make sure to clarify if you want more heat.

The drunken noodles are A++ and the pad Thai and egg rolls are top notch. Pretty much have tried all most anything. I always order spicy too!!! So good If you are looking the best Thai food in North Dakota it’s this place

Great Thai food. Better than a lot of Thai restaurants I had in New York City. Owner is a nice couple and the chef is from Thailand, which makes the food really authentic.

Seriously the best spring rolls ever. Chicken Pad Thai isn’t one of my favorite guilty pleasures so for my 30th birthday my biggest request was for Thai food. Having ordered it once before for Yim Siam and having a great experience I decided it was 100% worth ordering from them again. The portions are a great size and I love that they put the spice on the side so you can make it as hot as you want. What I hadn’t expected was just how amazing the spring rolls were. The dipping sauce is to die for and the rolls have just the right amount of cilantro in them. Will definitely be going back.

This is an authentic Thai (carryout only) restaurant in Bismarck, ND. The owner is very personable and will answer all your questions about the dishes. I came twice and ordered the basil fried rice with shrimp, trust me- this dish was amazing! Also my coworkers ordered pad thai and loved theirs as well. So if you are looking for Thai in Bismarck then this is your place. Be careful though you don't miss it, the restaurant is in a house that has been converted.

Great food and great people. Love the Beef Basil Stir Fry, veggie egg rolls and Pad Thai chicken. Have had Pad Thai chicken in several places and this is by far the best. Their spring rolls are amazing too.

Today was my first (of soon to be many) visits to Yim Siam, I ordered chicken/shrimp spicy pad Thai noodles, they were priced right, cooked within minutes, served with half of a fresh lime, and were ridiculously good. It’s the most underrated restaurant in Bismarck. Owner, Fred, is a great guy to talk with as well. 😁👍

I eat Thai a lot, and this is very good Thai food. The flavors are wonderful and the portions are large. It is made fresh to order (at least that has been my experience). It is take-out only, although there is a picnic table around back. I keep coming back for more!

Stopped by on my way through town. It's carry out only, so I ate in the car. It was very good. I'm a huge fan of Thai food, and always try to sample the local variants whenever I travel. Thanks for the great lunch!

I've had their takeout on several occasions and I love the food. My go-to order is Tom Kha Gai (Chicken Coconut Soup) and Pad Thai.

Workmates have ordered drunken noodles. We all agree the noodles are never greasy and they'll accommodate special instructions on orders. A workmate who wasn't too keen on ordering ethnic food LOVED his dish (I can't recall what he ordered)...He's been back three times since and taken his family, too.

The food is always fresh and has a very authentic flavor (I spent a month backpacking through Thailand/Laos). Very good service. Call ahead and it's always on time; the owner's always accurate. Not spicy enough? They always provide a side of dried chili peppers or you can order "Thai style."

My son and I loved this place, we are from Panamá🇵🇦 and we love to try different food from different countries and cultures. And we have already recommended it to my fiance's family and they also liked the food, the service, everything.

The Pad Thai was amazing! We had one chicken and one pork, as well as the pork wontons which I will definitely be getting again! Such a hidden gem for local Thai!

So amazing. Their massaman curry is unbelievable. I've never ordered anything disappointing here. Don't be turned away by their building. It's confusing at first since it's literally just a house, so can be hard to spot from the street. Usually food doesn't take more than 15 minutes.

Fred and Pon have some of the best Thai food you could ever hope to find. If you ask for Thai Hot, they will accomodate you. Outstanding food made by amazing people ! Shredded Papaya Salad (Thai hot), nam tok, pad thai, spring rolls, thai basil chicken stir fry are all some of our gotos.
