Wilco Farm Store

It was time to get new chicks. When I called in Rachel was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Then when I drove over the next morning Becky was great in helping me get the things I needed. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Hannah is absolutely amazing!! I called and needed help with a coupon not working on the order I was trying to place for a in store pick up and she was so helpful and friendly and made sure she found a solution for me. Great customer service. 😊

Oregon city and Silverton often have more in stock, but Canby usually has what I need and always has friendly and helpful staff. I can't think of a time I haven't had friendly and helpful staff at any of the Wilco farm store locations I've been to.

I needed som pvc pipe and some various supplies for our yard, and Wilco is right down the street from us, so I decided to check it out. It’s right on the main drag so it’s easy to find. The parking lot had roomy spots, and plenty of room to maneuver. They had some chicken coops outside that look pretty nice. The inside of the store is clean, and the staff is friendly. I was able to find everything I needed pretty easily. The whole process was pretty painless. They also have a big clothing area with plenty of farm and ranch wear for men and women.

This is a rather nicer, high-end farm store than the typical feed and seed on some FM road. The store was spacious, well-lit, clean and had plenty of helpful staff.

In addition to the usual wares (pet and livestock care, home improvement, yard and garden, etc.), there was a good selection of Carhartt and Ariat clothing and footwear. It was well stocked and I was able to find multiple sizes.

Their prices are good, especially if you sign up for their free rewards program and watch the sales. Another plus is that they are a local company. Too bad they aren't in Portland; I'd think they would do well here.

Zac in the pickup area was a huge help and wonderful at quickly getting us prices on outdoor stock. He should be given an extended break and a cold drink. First time I’ve been here where a young man is respectful and more than helpful. Zac I would give you employee of the year!

Always helpful employees. Sometimes hard to find though. Always in stock for what I needed. Fair price. Some good bargains too.

I always seem to finally make it in 3 min before closing yet I'm always met with smiles and staff that's so willing to share their wisdom be it chicken mites to the best timing to plant pumpkins for Halloween perfection.... and they've been spot on every time. I never intend on keeping them late but life chaos loves to pull me in to the parking lot at 757pm. Thanks for never making me feel guilty. I'll always spend my very hard earned money here.

Great customer service especially here in Ore. City. The gal in the clothing section is great, VERY cheery and willing to help!

My daughter and I had a fun time and we both made great purchases. I love my new shoes...and they were on sale too.

Went to pick up some medicine for our new kittens. Gals were kind enough to let me take an ice pack with me to keep the vaccine cold on the way home. Pic of the cuties (although not from Wilco)

Great place for bolts and other various hardware fasteners . Cheaper if you buy them by the pound .

I especially love buying soil here. You purchase in the store, then drive your car around to the place where someone loads it all in your car. It's such a convenience to not have to lift those bags into a cart, push to the register, then to your car and have to lift them. Also the Wilco brand soil is a solid good price.

If you are in the market for purchasing baby chicks, I highly recommend Wilco Farms. My recent experience there was fantastic. The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, which made the entire process smooth and seamless.

When I arrived at the store, the staff was more than happy to answer all of my questions and concerns about caring for baby chicks. They provided detailed information about their various breeds, recommended which ones would be best suited for my needs and gave me plenty of advice on their care and feeding.

I also appreciated the fact that they had a wide selection of baby chicks available, so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The chicks were healthy and well taken care of, which gave me peace of mind knowing that I was giving them a good home.

Overall, I had a great experience purchasing baby chicks from Wilco Farms. The staff truly went above and beyond to help me make the right decision for my needs. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to purchase baby chicks.

Customer service seems to be they're highest priority, and the have some of the best prices for Chicken Feed!

I've experienced multiple employees at this locations handle challenging situations with professionalism, respect, and patience. The manager in charge (Chelsea I believe) handled a fix in my order during a particularly busy Saturday afternoon, the workers in the drive through were super efficient, and the home pellet delivery by Gerald involved great communication and proper use of delivery equipment. Normally I'd pay back such great service with continued patronage, but it was the fact that at least 4 employees all demonstrated great service that I felt compelled to write this review.

A few days ago, my mom had an appointment to have our dogs groomed at Wilco in Oregon City, when I brought my bigger blue healer in to the grooming area within the store, there was a lady blocking the doorway. This customer instantly told me that she was ahead of me in first, and would not let me through the doorway. Right after she had said that to me, her husband was holding their large German Shepherd, and this dog tried to attack my dog. My dog is very dog and people friendly. The man had to choke back on the dog quickly, while I went and grabbed for my healer. Because she will fight back, but she will not be the aggressor in a fight. after I saw this, the lady still would not move, and I told her that my appointment was in two minutes, exactly. She still blocked the doorway and would not let me in, and then told me that was her dog that had lunch at my dog. Holly, one of the workers in the grooming department told the lady to move because I had an appointment and that I just wanted to let my dog into the staging area. I greatly appreciate all of Hollys help, and she is a wonderful asset to the team. She was extremely helpful and kind to me, when this lady did not have an appointment, and her dog, almost attacked my dog… So I am grateful for all of the help Holly provided me.

So glad I came in and got these comfortable hiking boots. Glad to shop where employees are helpful and respectful to the customers.
