Panera Bread

I had a delivery order get messed up and it was missing an item when I called Panera I spoke with a guy named Blake. He was super kind in helping me get the missing turkey chili. He was so nice when I spoke to him on the phone. When I went to the store to pick up the missing item he was super friendly in person as well. He definitely has outstanding customer service skills and Panera is lucky to have such a helpful person on their staff.

Like the flat bread pizza. Every sandwich I've had there has been delicious and the soup too. Don't forget the dessert. The last time l was there my buzzer didn't buzz, so my pizza was cold. The chef said that happens. No apology.

Only reason gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Was they did not have lighter blend coffee. Even though she said she would refill it soon. Went back for a refill of coffee n still none 25 minutes later.

Always a great stop if you like different kinds of beverages. The atmosphere is good and the service is great with their friendly, warm, and welcoming staff.

Had a great experience today with Blake and the Panera Bread Team. After Door dash never showed up with our customer's order, we called Panera Bread and Blake worked with us to figure out what our customer's order was and gave it to them for no extra charge. We were able to pick it up and have it ready for the customer's arrival. We were very appreciative of their great and quick customer service!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and we received our food so quickly. The overall environment was very comfy. My family and I enjoyed the broccoli and cheddar soup, mac and cheese, and the new chicken sandwich. Out of all of the chain restaurants, this is one of the few that I enjoy going to. The Bismarck location specifically is fantastic!

We stopped by since we were in Bismarch and wow this location is clean and the staff is amazing here. The food was delicious and I would definitely stop by again.

Great food, little pricy tho. I love their daily coffee subscription for 9 dollars a month, saves a bunch of money that I would have spent on coffee. Terms of price for their sandwiches, I mean, I wouldn't go there everyday, but it's always nice to treat yourself. Overall, great experience.

Ok I just love Panera in the first place. Their food and service is always great. My favorite comfort meal is their Chicken and Wild Rice Soup. And that’s just because I’m a soup girl. A close second is their Chicken Chipotle Avocado Melt.

I don't normally write reviews but the service was exceptional so felt the need to write in! I brought my grandparents who both have walkers and after finding a spot to sit, we were immediately welcomed with menus at our table and our food was brought to us without asking. We were asked many times if we had questions about the menu or if we needed anything else with our meal. Our order was mixed up but they were happy to correct it right away. Todd and the other servers made it a really great experience!

LOVE Panera! I don't think I've ever had a bad experience throughout the dozens of times I've dined in, drove thru or ordered for pick-up or delivery. The chicken salad sandwich is the best I've had!

Favorite place to go with the honey, I love their good for you food choices!☺

I have been dying to try Panera and finally got some takeout in Bismarck today. What a gorgeous store and a fantastic menu of beautiful and colorful and nutritious food. The staff was super nice and helpful. I'm a huge fan!

I absolutely love the salads! What wonderful combinations and season variety. Such fun for foodees. Great coffee too... and the french bread...ahhhh! Shall I get started on how yummy the squash soup is? Love the meals and atmosphere here. So glad there is a Panera in town.

Did you ever eat at a fast food place and get that lethargic, sickly feeling? If you have a predominantly healthy diet, odds are that you did. You won't get that feeling here... It's total energy, feel good food. Good, clean atmosphere.

They have really grateful and my favorite is their cinnamon crunch bagels toasted with cream cheese. Wonderful salads, quiche is very good, and I love their homemade soups.

I think everyone that goes here should try to order a small Pepsi with cheese. If they ask for clarification just say smoked gouda please and that's it's. It'll work best in the drive through because then you can just pull forward, but I would like to know what they give you. Cheese in the Pepsi? Pepsi no cheese? A harsh line of questioning? Only one way to find out

We always enjoy eating here and have always had good service. I ordered a loaf of sourdough bread and 4 loaves Focaccia bread recently so we could do sandwiches and Panini's at home, and when I went to pick it up they were out, so they set it up so I could just go in the next morning without any hassles to grab my order. Thank you to the management team and the bakers for getting my order! Can't wait to make some Panini's, even though they won't taste near as good as what we get at Panera :)

I love Pinera's soups and breads! The broccoli cheese soup is consistently yummy! I order it almost every time I go there... along with a cinnamon crunchy- topped bagel with a honey pecan spread for dessert. It's hard to leave without taking along some of their wonderful loaves of bread. On my last visit I chose an asiago cheese bread which was a great hit at that night's dinner.
