I have been going to Innovative Dental for over 3 years now. Abbi was the hygienist I had today and she was one of the best I have had cleaning my teeth ever! She was so sweet and personable at all time! I would just love for her to be the one cleaning my teeth at every visit. The dentist that checked my teeth was Dr. Downs. He was just amazing and put me at ease when checking my teeth. He was equally as personable and kind as Abbi! I loved them both! Such a great team and great experience!

I went to Innovative Dental to start braces for my eldest daughter. Not having any idea of what to expect or how it all worked, I can say I'm more than happy with the treatment my daughter received! I HIGHLY recommend the team over at Innovative, and Jennifer did a phenomenal job with everything!! She kept the mood light hearted and fun as well as answering any questions either I or my daughter had. Professionalism at its finest. My daughter loved the experience as well and couldn't wait to show her friends at school. We will definitely come back once my 2 other children are ready for braces! Innovative Dental comes highly recommended from this family!!

My daughter and I both have been patients with Innovative for a couple of years now. We always have a wonderful experience and receive great care! I was in for a routine cleaning today I received great care with Allie. She made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I can’t recommend them enough, from their routine dental care to orthodontic care.

Saw Dr Gray for the first time today. This was a very good experience from the time I arrived until I left.

The atmosphere sets the patient at ease. Everyone I encountered was nice and friendly. It was a feeling of sincerity and not forced.

Danika is awesome! She was kind and gentle. More importantly, she was truly concerned for my comfort. This included my physical comfort, my emotional , comfort, and my financial comfort. Kudos!

Dr Gray was terrific. He also, was very kind and gentle. He never belittled me or tried to make me feel guilty for the work needed. He simply went over my treatment needed and assure me that he and his team are there to help.

This place is AMAZING!! Especially Dr. Megan and Orthodontist Desiree!! These are my before and afters!!! I had tmg and a disc out of place. Went to 5 places who told me I would need surgery and 4 or 5 years of braces. Dr. Megan got me fixed in only 20 months!! I’ve never felt so confident in my teeth! 😍 by far best dentist and orthodontist place I’ve been to. Desiree also helped me get these cute pictures for myself and made me coffee with a cute gift box. She’s the sweetest! They’re all so great. ❤

Madison was excellent! She made my new patient visit so informative and enjoyable! Madison was pleasant as she educated and performed the state of the art dentistry services so I would be acclimated to my new dental home. Had my teeth cleaned yesterday and Abbi was by far the best cleaner that I've had. She was very careful and gentle with my gum and teeth sensitivities and her experience was amazing to avoid causing any pain or discomfort associated with those issues. I'm not a fan of dentistry from past experiences at other places, but I love coming here and being comfortable and as relaxed as you can be being at a dentist office.

Best dental experience I ever had. Teresa is fn awesome first off. Second, I wanted to see what it would take to have a movie star smile and I had a quote in an hour. It was like going to the dentist where rich people go in a place like Vegas or something! Loved it

From the moment u walk in you are gritted and welcomed with warmth by staff members as you would expect from a company that carries an exceptional reputation like Innovative Dental My Appointment was scheduled for 1 pm and yes once there I did not have to wait for an extra minute I was called in right away by Danika ( Treatment Coordinator) and greeted with a smile she proceeded to give a comprehensive layout of the procedure and the financial aspect involving my treatment and I must say it was with the out most professionalism and dedication to service that you will expect from any 5 star rated business. Loved this place so much! Knocked my tooth out in jet ski and they were amazing. So sweet and friendly and not super expensive. They replaced my tooth with a perfect replacement in less than 2 hours and very pain free. I look forward to coming here.

Madison was truly great. She kept me feeling eased and relaxed, even though to be quite honest there were times my mind was a little uneasy due to the nature of just exactly what all was going on. Because dealing with knowing you are going to #1 be losing your teeth, and #2 taking on a pretty big financial obligation can be difficult. But not with the staff at Innovative Dental. They made the experience almost seem exciting and enjoyable (frozen cotton candy lemonade so good) . I had a pleasure getting to know

Our entire family goes to Innovative Dental and we love them! Their office is not your typical dental office. The place is immaculate and the staff are very friendly and professional. We’ve been going here for the last 3 years and every single hygienist we had was so wonderful. My son had an appointment today and Jackie was his hygienist and she exceeded our expectations. The experience at Innovative Dental was great. The entire staff go above and beyond to hear your concerns, explain everything completely, and put you at ease. I had alot of anxiety about my situation and they made me comfortable about it. Dr. Downs took great care with me, as well as the whole team.

Top notch care, especially when you are anxious. Everyone is very informative and patient; anything and everything is explained with appointments. Allie has been my hygienist for years and I feel so much better every time I get to see her for my cleanings and with any concerns between! Her and the team of doctors around her are absolutely splendid.

My favorite dentist place in MO! Staff is amazing! Always feel welcomed and cared for. Allie cleaned my teeth today and she spend good amount of time cleaning them. Been with them for over a year and can honestly say they’re the best! My daughter also has her braces here and they take such good cared of her!

I had a great experience here! It was my first time and they really make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is beautiful (which feels weird to say about a dentist office). They have it all from massage chairs, beverage choices, free gifts, and more. I already scheduled my next cleaning!
