I bought a couch that smelled horrible from a dog. They said it was pet free but once we got it home the smell was so bad.
Called American Heritage and they came out to clean the couch and worked miracles. It smells so good and I am so impressed. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this company. James came out, super nice guy, very professional, and he did a great job on my carpets. With 3 little dogs it was way way overdue :) Great price too! Eric emailed me and was very prompt and I got an appointment right away, and one for my mother! I’m very pleased and will absolutely use them again!

We had our whole house cleaned this morning, Tristan and Brandon were Absolutely Amazing! I received a call 20 minutes before my appointment letting me know they were on their way. Both guys were extremely polite and kept me informed on what they were doing with our carpets! I would highly recommend American Heritage to anyone out there! Our carpeting is ten years old, and it looks like new. They arrived on time,, observed safety precautions, and were professional and thorough. They double-checked each room with us before they left. Reasonable rates and excellent work. Will definitely call then again.

I was highly impressed with my entire experience with American Heritage. From speaking with Ed on the phone to completion, I was very impressed. Ed gave me a bid over the phone within $15 of the final cost. Braden and Bryant were very polite and professional when they came to my door and called before they came. We did a walk through, they were here for hours thoroughly cleaning, and then walked me through again. 5 stars for sure!

Amazing quality!!!! We recently moved into a rental home that obviously had pets, stains everywhere and the smell was awful.I can’t brag enough about this company. They stayed until every stain came up, they also did the tile floors throughout the home, they did more than we ever expected! Price was amazing and the customer service is top quality!If you are needing any of their serves PLEASE don’t hesitate as you will not regret it.

My carpets were stained and I thought I might need to replace them. American Heritage cleaned them and they look fantastic! The 2 men that came were prompt, courteous and professional. They did a super job and my carpet should last several more years. I would recommend American Heritage, they did a great job at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic cleaning job - the cleanest my carpets have ever been and American Heritage was the most reasonably priced! Furthermore, we had a sudden death in the family, and had company coming on very short notice. I was incredibly grateful at how they worked me into their schedule given the difficult situation. I had been using another (very well nationally known) carpet cleaning service, who wasn't able to help me that day. I happened to come across American Heritage, called them and they jumped right on it, worked with us and we will continue to use them as our carpet cleaners from now on. They are polity, professional and provide exceptional service!

What an amazing experience we had with American Heritage. It all started with a stained carpet with dog smell sunk deep into the floor. We were sure that the stains would never come out. Eric and Deborah did such an amazing job, and not only is the staining gone, but so is the odor!
This isn't your typical carpet cleaning business. They kept it professional through the whole process... not only that, but their prices are amazing.
We will be using these folks again!

Wow!!! What a great job Ed did. In my 70 years I've had many a carpet cleaned, but none as well as this. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience.

I recently had the carpets cleaned at The UPS Store #1509 and I just wanted to say that the guys did a FABULOUS job! They were very efficient and professional and my carpet looks so much better than before. I will definitely be using American Heritage for all carpet cleaning in the future....in fact I have already scheduled for my next service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great carpet cleaning experience. Jacob and Ryan were extremely polite, arrived early (with a courtesy call asking permission to do so), and made sure our carpets were thoroughly taken care of. We would recommend American Heritage to anyone that is in need of a carpet cleaning.

Very satisfied with our cleaning. We had some heavy stains due to pets. I thought the price was reasonable. Derrell and Brandon were very nice to work with. There was no bait and switch on the pricing. Would not hesitate to use again!

I have used Doug on a few of our properties. They have always been on time and do great work.Clean and courteous are two big things we look for when working with people. ED is a very knowledgeable guy, they were even able to clean the floor tiles in our work out area. I recommend them for what ever your cleaning needs.

I have 4 pets so cleaning my floors is not a simple task. The guys that came out we very nice they did a thourough job cleaning the floors and couch they made sure I was happy with it beforee they left and even got a call a few days later after to double check I was happy with the work. I recommend using them thankkyou!

I just had my carpet cleaned by American Heritage Carpet Cleaning. I have to have my carpets cleaned almost every 3-6 months due to previous owners pet stains. I have tried various companies and this particular cleaning was incredible. I've never seen anyone work so hard and perform such good service as they have done today. I would recommend them to anyone.
