I have only been here a handful of times, but everytime I deal with them on the phone or at the store I am always more then satisfied with the level of customer service I receive. The parts team went above and beyond to be sure that we had what we need to repair the bucket hydraulic on our 332 skid steer. I will be giving all my business to these guys!!

If you need John Deere parts or equipment this is the right place. They have just about or can get what you need. I recommend using the website for research. It is full of information of equipment diagrams and costs on parts. They're a very busy location, you may be on hold for a while if one was to call in. Call or in-store shopping should be done early if at all possible. I ordered all parts online and had delivered to Heritage. Direct shipping is available too. Second time in 11yrs using Heritage aka Larson. Our John Deere mower of 12 years has only had one problem and that was due to my error. Can't go wrong with Heritage Tractor or John Deere.

Very nice folks. No high pressure sales. Makes sure to introduce you to all the features and how to operate them. I am very pleased. Highly recommend them.

I just purchased a tractor from Heritage, and I have to say; this was one of the greatest buying experiences I have ever had. Austin Craven, and Steve Titus were EPIC sales representatives. I honestly felt like I had known these guys for years. They had great senses of humor, and an amazing knowledge of the product I was searching for.
I can only hope, at this point, that the ownership experience is equal to the buying experience. Heads up service department, I am looking forward to my experience with you.

UPDATE:
I just went back, one year later, and bought a Z375R 54in deck zero turn mower. I walked in, and was treated like a customer who is there every day. They even remembered my name! I was shocked to say the least. Thanks to Austin, Heritage has gained a customer for life.

I just purchased a lawn mower from Heritage and had a great experience. Not only was my lawn mower great, but I had a FANTASTIC sales rep - Steve Titus. Steve was knowledgeable about the products, listened to my specific needs (I'm handicapped with the use of only one arm/hand), was quick to respond phone calls, and delivered my purchase on the date promised. He was with me from sale through delivery!

Bearings locked up on the pulley on my John Deere rider. I was mowing a large yard for an elderly neighbor. I called into Heritage and got Rendall on the phone. He let me know that they had a new pulley, nut and belt in stock. I loaded the mower and headed straight over. Rendall and Jeremy went above and beyond and actually came out and assembled the pulley and put on the belt for me. I was able to finish the job and catch a flight out the next morning. This high level of customer service is greatly appreciated 👍. Thanks guys!! Excellent experience 🤠

I bought a lawn mower from Heritage and it was a great buying experience. The salesman was very nice and helpful. If you buy Deere mowers it is better to buy from a dealership than through a big box store.

I purchased a new piece of equipment yesterday. I can't say enough good things about the young salesmen. I called before I was headed in that direction told him what I wanted. When I arrived I looked around and couldn't find what I was looking for. Now keep in mind I had never met this young man that answered the phone. All I did was tell him what I wanted and he said he had one in stock. I told him I was on my way. As I was looking around this skinny young red headed man walked up and said to me I have your tractor parked under the entrance it's washed and full of fuel. As we walked to the building i told him I never really said I was going to buy it just I new what I wanted. He replied it's ok if you don't buy it. He said I wanted it clean for you too look at it. He took the time to show me all the bells and whistles. I ended buying it. The whole process didn't take more than 30 min and at the end he helped load it on my trailer. Good job Austin Craven if I could give you a raise I would.

I can't say enough incredible things about this store and Brian one of their employees! Brian helped me locate exactly what I had been trying to find for the last two days in a row! He was so nice, helpful, and through. I would gladly highly recommend this place to any and everyone! Thank you so much brian for making a xmas wish come true!

Took my good old 4020 to get fixed and the guy's in the shop did a professional job.Hats off to Josh in the service department who was very helpful explaining what was wrong with my tractor. Thanks guy's for helping out the farmers who are feeding America. God Bless Y'all

They have a great selection of John Deere equipment. The prices are reasonable. I buy things for my home 275 lawn mower.

Been awhile since I been there but you know they really bust there butts to help you.
I wish more places treated people the way Heritage does your not just a customer your treated like somebody.
I'll go back anytime I need a part even though it's 15 miles away.

I had a problem with my John deere 323e skid steer and on the way there I had a flat on the trailer. Mind you not a John deere trailer lol, and not only did they fix my skid steer they changed my tire absolutely free. That's what I call customer service
