LPI Cleaning and Restoration

Here it is in a nutshell. We are 74, have owned several houses, and have had our carpets"Professionally" cleaned many times. We vacuum, and the Pros come in and run their steam and hose extractors around and the carpets looked ok. I stumbled on to LPI using my phone. The person I spoke with starts rattling of all the things they do to clean a carpet. I wasn't listening closely. I wanted the price and $40 Per Room seemed good to me. This Pro came. We had already vacuumed very well, moving furniture aside, etc. He said their vacuum has a Lot more power and we want to get everything we can up before cleaning. He worked for an hour just on our 3 rooms. The carpets looked fantastic and he he only Vacuumed! Next he inspected for any spots and pretreated them. Next came the hoses and the cleaning. It took him about another hour for that. The person on the phone had said every every carpet comes with a sealer to help keep stills on the surface for wiping up. However, over time, vacuuming and cleanings it dissipates. To have that added would be $20 more per room. I said Do it. So he has a sprayer and only does one room at a time. After spraying he pushes it all around with squeegee with a clear, plastic, blade. After that he put down carpet fans to dry it all. When he left, he said it needed 2 hrs to set up, properly. My wife came outside in the middle of his work and said I don't know what you're paying for this, but it's worth Every Penny! I told him how we always had our carpets cleaned in the past and he said, Yeah, that technique is called Splash and Dash. This is how any of the reputable companies do it...OK. Maybe this wasn't the in a Nutshell version! Sorry!

Great carpet cleaning. I had some serious pet stains and they did a great job getting out all of the deep stains. Carpet looks good as new and smells wonderful. Tony was responsive in getting the appointment scheduled and was super easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Tony from LPI was friendly and professional. He did a phenomenal job cleaning our tile floors, grout and some carpet. I appreciated how he communicated well too. He showed up when he said he would. I would highly recommend the services of LPI!

Tony came out this morning and cleaned the carpets in our three bedrooms. They look absolutely amazing! He did such a wonderful job and was very professional and thorough. LPI cleaned the carpets and tile in our office. The carpet came cleaner than I ever expected it would. We had recently spent a lot of time cleaning the tile and now I wish I would have called LPI first. It was worth every penny, the tile looks amazing!!! I also appreciate Tony getting us scheduled as quickly as he did, we had to have it done by a certain date and he was able to work us in.

LPI Cleaning gets my highest recommendation. Would and will call them again. We purchase a house about a month ago and on our final walk-through, which was 2 days prior to closing, we found the house was dirty...really, really dirty and the carpets were disgusting. I began frantically calling around to get someone there same day or the next and one person I called recommended LPI. I contacted Tony and he was really helpful and considerate, and we were even able to schedule for the next day.

I really thought the carpets would need to be replaced and was only having them cleaned so they didn't "feel" so gross. Tony made them look like new and went even further and recommended a protectant since they turned out so great. I was and am so happy with the work that was done.

I was told LPI may be a little higher than others, but I found the prices to be in line with the work he performed. I look forward to having him back each year to keep our carpets looking and feeling new for a long time.

Tony is the best in the business! Not only did he clean our carpets (which look AWESOME) but he went above and beyond to clean our curtains! These were custom made, designer curtains. They were attached to the wall and couldn’t be removed. Tony made a special trip to Kansas City to get the necessary chemicals. He did a wonderful job!! I have been looking for someone to clean these curtains for 8 years. Tony is the only one who stepped up to the plate and said he would be “honored” to do this. He is so friendly and went above and beyond to serve our needs. There may be others who are a little cheaper, but his prices are very competitive. (You get what you pay for) In a rating of 1 to 10, I would give him a 20!

My nephew at Kenmar Construction recommended Leo and Tony to me for mold remediation under my house. The service was quick, responsive, and honest. I was impressed with both of them and they did the work yesterday. Great job! I also had them clean the wall to wall carpeting. Andrew was very helpful and did a great job. Just had my carpets cleaned by Tony! They were awful and needed to be replaced. I’m so glad I called them. After seeing their work I’m Upset at how long I put this off. I am amazed at how clean they got them! They look brand new! Will definitely use them again. Tony was very friendly and fast!! Thank you LPI for saving our carpets :)

Tony did an outstanding job. He was friendly, knowledgeable showed up on time and was very careful to take care of the surrounding area (wall corners, etc.) Carpet looked brand new when he finished. Would highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning needs.

We had a great experience with LPI. The online booking tool was so easy and convenient to use. We have 6 year old builders grade carpet and didn't expect it to clean very well. We were pleasantly surprised with how great it looked when the tech, Andy, finished. Andy was very professional, called before he headed our way and actually showed up early and finished the job ahead of schedule.

Second time using LPI for carpet cleaning and pet odor/stain removal. Tony is very nice, very professional, on time, and does an excellent job.

LPI cleaning and restoration is a great company. They cleaned all of our carpet including an old paint stain which I had tried to doctor myself and failed miserably. They are very honest and so easy to work with. We will definitely continue having them do our annual carpet cleaning.

We have used Tony @ LPI for several years for our home--we are so proud to call him a friend, but from one business owner to another, he has been professional, thorough, efficient, on time, and always so kind. He is fairly priced...and has always respected my home, cleaning every trace of his work before exiting and leaving behind just beautiful, clean area rugs and carpeting with NO harsh smells or chemicals. He is my regular GO-TO for annual cleaning!

When we first moved into our home 3 years ago, we were unable to replace the old carpet right away, so LPI came out and cleaned it for us. It had quite a few stains and general dirtiness from the previous homeowners, but after LPI was done with it, it looked and smelled immensely better. Some of the stains were too far gone for even professionals like LPI to get out, but they informed us of this fact beforehand so we had realistic expectations. They were quick, thorough and courteous, so we didn't hesitate to call them again when we needed the carpet on our stairs cleaned last week. Once again, they did an excellent job and were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. I 100% recommend LPI if you need your carpets cleaned. I hear they also do tile/grout cleaning, and when we are ready for that, they will definitely be who we call!

In 20+ years of property management and maintenance supervision, I have utilized the services of several carpet cleaning companies before finding the right one. LPI Cleaning and Restoration is in fact the "right one". Our management team, to a person, enjoys any interaction with Leo, Tony, and every member of their staff, as they are not only professional, but personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and punctual. Lots of adjectives but all of them well-deserved. All of that would only get them so far if they didn't have the fair prices and quality work to accompany it, and I am quite happy to say that they get checks in both departments. Having seen carpet I believed beyond salvageable restored to beautiful condition multiple times, it is with my highest recommendation that you trust and use LPI for all of your cleaning and restoration needs.

Fantastic experience! They came and cleaned our carpets on super short notice and were very accommodating. There were several companies there working on the same day/time. They never complained and did a superior job. They even were able to recommend other service providers we needed. TOP NOTCH company. We were highly impressed!

Tony spent time with us explaining the HWE (Hot Water Extraction)process and how we can get the most life out of our carpet. I'm always impressed with the quality of LPI and how fast and thorough their company is, I highly recommend them! They've got RED snow cone syrup along w/multiple other stains from my 4 children, out of my carpet w/just one visit! They even cleaned my whole upstairs on top of getting the stains out! I will always call them for my carpet services.
