I would give this place 10 stars! Kim and Holly have been absolutely amazing! The care and attention to detail has been outstanding. My mother in law not only has new hearing aides but can hear out of her right ear for the first time since she can remember! Would definitely recommend!

If Kim doesn’t know the answer she knows who can help to get it resolved. Was very happy with how my problem was resolved.

Kim and Pam are friendly and welcoming the minute you walk in. Kim is knowledgeable and well trained to help with any hearing issue. I just received my second pair of hearing aids, and the level of expertise far out stripped my first experience. Southwestern Hearing Center in Nixa is where I will go for all my hearing needs.

One of the best things I have done for myself is to get hearing aids. I feel much more confident and it is so nice to be able to hear the conversation without reading lips! Penny and Jeremy are wonderful to work with. Very positive office! Thank you! Southwestern Hearing Center is definitely the place to go when you have hearing issues.

Jeremy and Penny did an excellent job of taking care of me when I needed hearing aids replaced last October. Specifically, I needed hearing aids delivered before we headed back to Mexico. Penny made a call and we got hearing aids before we left.

I have been going to Southwestern Hearing in Nixa, Mo. for 6 years now. They are always friendly and professional. Penny is great at the front desk and Kim is very knowledgable and helpful.

it's very friendly and helpful. I just got my new hearing aids and had a small problem and when I called I was told to come in at my convenience. I went in ,the problem was fixed and I left happy. I would definitely refer Southwestern Hearing to anyone wanting to hear better

Courtney is always very helpful and know what is the matter with my hearing aids. Today my right hearing aid was making sounds like frying bacon and she knew what to do and fix it there on the spot. She is always very cheerful. When ever i need help i just go in and she fixes what is not working. She is very knowledgeable about her products and know what to do. I do appreciate someone who know what they are doing and can fix my problems. Thanks You Courtney for all your help. Marianne Morgan
