Holy smokes that was easy. Great customer service. Took longer to write this review then get what I needed.

Best place for batteries, more than likely they have one or they can set you up with one.

Guys took care of my bad batteries and installed new ones within minutes. Very impressed

The service person who worked on my truck was excellent. Very friendly and told me what he was doing from start to finish. He also gave me options and didn't try to over sell me. I don't think I was even there for a half hour. Very satisfied!

Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not even exaggerating. Battery died at Menards, called Interstate and they had someone out to jump me within 30 minutes, and drove to the store where I got a new battery with no waiting. The man who took my initial call(unique accent) was the one who tested and swapped my battery. He gave me what I thought was a great deal! I was very happy with the price I paid for the battery and service.

As the saying goes, you get what you paid for, but in this case I got way more than I paid for! I will forever be an Interstate Battery customer

Very helpful people. Came in with my RV and they did everything to get me on my way as fast as possible. 100% would recommend!

Tested my old batter for free and it was marginal. No sales pressure at all. I wanted to replace it though because it’s been an issue all winter. I was able to get a blemished battery and have it installed immediately. Probably 25 minutes total from pulling into the parking lot to leaving with a new battery installed. Great service and great products!

I called and they got me in right away. Jason was super helpful, courteous and polite. I was having a very stressful day due to my car battery dying. I left there with a sense of relief. Quick and easy most times even when busy...

My car dashboard had lit icons indicating a problem with its engine and traction control. My car battery was tested, free of charge, at Interstate Battery, and the technician patiently answered all my questions and concerns. He gave me valuable professional advice. I asked to get a block heater installed, but this place did not provide that service. He looked up car repair shops online, called them, and gave me a contact for the address and number for a car shop that does this service. He saved me a lot of time searching. This place has very helpful and dedicated staff.

I stopped in to have my battery checked (because of a couple of no-starts in the summertime) and ask about a used / reconditioned battery option my coworker reccomended to me. At the store the gentleman I was greeted by was so kind and friendly, very quick, and I got exactly what I asked for (installed on the spot too!) for a great price. I've been telling everyone (who has asked if I got my battery situation figured out), LOL! I was in and out in probably 15 minutes! Very very pleased, I will be a customer for life. Thank you!!!

The guys that work there are very knowledgeable, always friendly, and ready to help. The batteries are high quality and the work is always done quickly. Interstate is the only place I go for my car and other equipment batteries.

If you need batteries, this is the one-stop shop! Needed some small batteries for a toddler toy, and no one else in Bismarck had them except these guys!

Good products at reasonable prices with great service. On several occasions their staff has helped me with various battery needs, giving more assistance than the "cheaper" alternatives (i.e., the "Big Box" stores).
