We called them to get an estimate for outside house painting. He set up a time to come look at our house for an estimate for Monday, October 15, 2018 at 5:30 PM. He still was not here by 6 PM so I called him to find out if he was coming and he said he wasn't coming and that he was going to call me (to change the appointment). Personally he should have called long before 5:30 PM if he knew he wasn't coming already and I believe he did know ahead just by what he said when I called him. You don't wait until the customer calls you to find out if you are still coming a half hour after you said you would be there.

So he set up a new date of October 16, 2018 at 5:30 PM. He did show up for that appointment. He said he would get the estimate to us within a day or 2. We never got the estimate. Over a week passed and still no estimate. So my husband called him on the 24th and I called him again on the 26th. On the 26th he said he would send the estimate to me email by the end of the weekend. By Monday morning Oct. 29 we still did not have the estimate. I called him twice on the 29th and got no response or anything after leaving him a message twice that we need this estimate. He never sent the estimate and he never called back.

After this experience with this company, I do not believe they are honest when they first set up an appointment and don't show up the first time or even call the customer to change it before they are supposed to be there. They are not honest when they keep telling you the estimate is coming and it never comes. If they did not want the work or could not fit it in then they should have told us that right up front instead of lying to us every step of the way.

I would not recommend this painter and I believe 1 star is too high of a rating for them after what they pulled here. Not happy with them at all.
