Two transmissions rebuilt/replaced here. One of them is going on a year w/o issues and the other I just picked up tonight and I'm so happy with my new vehicle.
This place fixes things right the first time and at a great price.
I won't trust any other company in Kansas City with my transmission except Certifix Auto Repairs.
I love driving my vehicle knowing there is a solid mechanic shop that can repair anything that I could possibly need to get fixed.

They are very helpful, explaining the issues that are wrong with my vehicle and are always available to answer any question that I may have. I highly recommend their services! They done oil changes and up to transmission rebuild for me!

Took my 2018 5.3 truck for a new engine, AJ and Alejandro gave me the best rates in town for a new engine and install it all with in 1 week from then the engine arrived. Been driving the truck for a week now, runs better than ever, if I ever need a good shop with out hesitation this will be the place!

Carlos was so nice that he took time out of his busy schedule (no appointment made ahead of time) and did a brake job same day while i waited in the waiting room, fast and friendly service!

That new 5.4 V8 they put in my truck runs like a champ. And for a great price too. Dont hesitate to use them for any motor or transmission repairs you may need. Excellent service

Even though the shop was busy, they got my car in the same day and it actually was done quicker than the estimated time they gave. Reasonably priced as well.

Bought a truck for my son and within a month the transmission went out. Checked around with several places and individuals. Not a cheap fix. I had heard some good reviews about Cerifix and stopped and talked with them. They were flexible on times with me and my job. They wrote everything up. They did diagnostics, gave me a warranty. Easy business to work with and nice people. Gave me a good price and everything was in writing. We've not had any problems with the truck or the transmission in 3 months! Found my new mechanics!

I bought a remanufactured CVT transmission online from Street Smart transmission for a 2015 Honda Civic. Certifix is one of their recommended installers. Street Smart has a 3 year unlimited mileage transferable warranty on their remanufactured transmission. Transmission was shipped to Certifix and Certifix took care of sending back the core. Price to install was very fair, work was done promptly, good communication throughout, and car runs well. I strongly recommend. Parts and labor together cost me less than half of what a competitor cost. Additionally, I had the car back before the other company said they could get started.

Had motor replaced in my 08 F150 and they did an awesome job. Highly recommend for your motor and transmission needs. I will definently be back in the future should i need anything done

I am not one to get excited when it comes to auto repairs , however after bringing my vehicle to Certifix Auto Repair I am let's just say eager and excited to gain knowledge and a better understanding of that thing on ßfour wheel aka my car that I depend on more than I REALIZED. The techs or mechanic did a wonderful job on location of problem and also communicated with me through the whole process . Got My car in and out in no time they gave me options also rebuild or install new transmission it's a pricly problem bottom line either way but having an option is always a plus and they provided that with a reasonable time and rate too If you are in trouble with auto repairs I'd definitely look in to CERTIFIX AUTO REPAIRS

Took my 1999 Dodge Durango in for a water pump and serpentine belt replacement. Carlos was very friendly and fast at a reasonable price. When I called he gave me the quote and told me being it in the morning they'd have it done by the end of the day. I decided to drop it off at close the night before and received a call before 11am that they were finished. Thank you for your services.

I've been to some good mechanic shops before but these guys have set a new bar of standards in my book. they've gone well beyond what i would expect any reasonable business to do and and at prices way better than most if not all would offer me. I'll admit i was a little concerned with the cheapness of the quote and aesthetic look of the shop but don't let that fool you. They will treat you right and go out of their way to calm any of your concerns. These people really care about the little guy. If i have any complaint it might be that their finance company is a little slow to finance, i think it took me almost a week but for no credit check it's very reasonable. I have 2 $40 payments left on a 1300 transmission rebuild and I'll have paid a little over $1500 in the end for a year.

Best shop ever. Fixed a transmission on my accord one weekend for a great price and very quickly. They helped me again on engine work over this weekend. Recommend to everyone for professional services for a great price. They also tow less than an hour wait.

Excellent shop! Excellent owner, Carlos! I was given a very high quote from a dealer. I called Carlos and he beat the price by almost half! The work was done on time as promised. Carlos called me multiple times letting me know they were on track. I will use them again and will refer anyone with car issues to them.

Excellent customer service very knowledgeable on vehicles especially foreign vehicles. Prices are very reasonable I always take all my vehicles to them. Best mechanic shop in KC. I recommend everyone to take they vehicle to them you definitely will be satisfied with their work.

Honestly A great place to buy cars. I bought a car from them and it runs great. Practically new. I wish there was more People like them. I generally don't trust anybody. And They provide great service. If you want something done the right way. Come here and no where else.

My 2002 Acura MDX is my baby. Had it since new. At 232,XXX miles started noticing Reverse was weak. I called around to get estimates. Finally on my way to dinner, 5th gear went out. I drove to Certafix and they got me right in. While I was there, I heard them get a Military guy's car back on the road for cheap; they had towed it for him and everything. He was really grateful. When I picked up my SUV a few days later, it drove like brand new. Carlos gave me his personal cell phone # and told me to call him if I had any issues. There were none. I just had my 1st oil change since and 3k miles later, it's still flawless. The level of customer service and workmanship warranted this review. My 1st google review. You can trust these guys! Bravo.
