This is the best Starbucks in North Dakota. They always get my order right and they are all super friendly. 20/10 recommend. Thank you for always making my day!

They are all around good people, smile on their face every time i come in. I always order ahead and its always ready when i come in. Food is amazing. If i could give more stars i would. Only this store for me 😁

I have been coming to this Starbucks almost every day for a year. They are always so friendly and welcoming even though they have had to close for covid, staffing and weather. I love working in the awesome lobby. Great job guys! Keep up the good work.

It was a busy morning, and I quickly placed a pickup order without double checking the store location. I went to the 43rd Cafe and the barista mentioned not seeing my order in their system. I checked and, sure enough, I placed an order for across town. The Store (Regional) Managers were having a meeting at the table behind me and ran behind the counter and let me know that they will remake my order at their location, no additional charge.

Talk about customer-first, above and beyond service!
I was incredibly impressed and grateful, and the Dirty Chai I ordered was HEAVENLY.

I frequent this Starbucks nearly everyday and they are always super fast and friendly. I don't think I've ever had to wait longer than 5 minutes in a line here and if they happen to be out of a food item, they do a great job of suggesting something comparable! Love these guys, they do a great job!

The Barista's were fabulous! Kind, helpful, personal. Felt wanted and cared for. Thank you everyone there. Enjoyed getting more cups and chatting..... of course enjoyed the drinks as well. They tasted great. The cafe was clean.

My favorite coffee shop in bismarck! I absolutely love the atmosphere, and all the people who work there are just so incredibly kind and welcoming. I am at a loss for words with how amazing this store is. Complete 10 out of 10, would recommend to friends!

Phenomenal customer service by barista Nick today! We had placed a mobile order of 5 drinks and got into a fender bender on the way to pick up so we called the store to give them a heads up that we were over 30 min late. Nick answered and expressed sympathy and told us they would remake all the drinks! They when we arrived he asked again about our car accident and if were ok- so above and beyond for a barista and it made our day! He deserves a promotion and more, Starbucks!

Good coffee great and attentive staff. Never had a wrong order even when they're incredibly busy. Don't forget to tip these hard working folk.

I went to the one up by Ace Hardware pn the hiway. They get me exactly what I like Camel Marchiotos, extra carmel. The staff is so friendly and accommodating all the time. You can tell they are all about the comfort and pleading of their customers. I just love the place

My first stop most mornings is the Starbucks on 43rd - friendly team members, good music, awesome coffee…a great way to start my day!
