West County Center

My kids happy place is the mall! These Christmas decorations make them so happy. All I bought were some bath and body items and a slurpee and pretty sure ai made their weekend. My hope is for the mall to succeed so we can keep this nostalgia open forever. It’s nice to touch, see and feel before buying.

One of few great malls left in the area. Always well maintained, very clean, bright, and full of name brand stores. Even the food court is full, and there are other restaurants like California pizza kitchen. It's worth the drive out to comfortably shop.

One of the best place to shop in mall in St Louis.
Unlike chesterfield mall which is deserted, west county mall is very happening. All the shops were having latest stuff and food court is key attraction. There is small kids play area also which drives kids to mall. Somehow I managed for parking. JC Penny, Macy, Dicks sporting etc,. are key places to shop. Must visit for shoppers. Massage chairs are in plenty to provide relief form getting tired.

It was great to go to a mall and see that it was open, and crowded with people shopping and interacting. What an enjoyable visit.

I grew up in West County in the local area where this mall is located. Honestly one of the main reasons why I choose to remain living in West County area specifically was due to the fact that I wanted my preteen too be able to have access to a mall like I did growing up. I had my first job at Chesterfeild Mall, and although I am devasted that mall is no longer apart of my life. This mall West County Mall is like starting a new chapter in life.. I was very greatful for the employees at the West County Apple Store in this mall for there apple camp presentations. Big Shout out to the Apple employees for helping become apart of what hopefully is a career path for my child who desires to work for the Apple store!!

Very nice mall- good selection and a wide price range of stores. It's very easy to find things you need and things you want here. Employees in the store are usually very accommodating. It can become crazy during the holiday season and black Friday, but that is to be expected.

I love this place. Clean environment. All workers are doing an amazing job in this of the year.

The mall is amazing. You will get all the brand's store here. I went to buy iPhone and some clothes shopping. I loved it. Wud surely visit again and again and again

Very large and nice mall. There are free samples in the food court, 3 levels, and parking can be a nightmare.

Great stores and a good mixture of experiences as well! Be sure to check out the redesigned Apple store, Build-a-Bear Bakeshop (2018 pop-up), Lego store and the new food options throughout the mall for 2018.

I prefer buying my phones in this location. Years ago, I bought my iPhone 8 Plus here. I love the phone, it served me well and it’s still in great condition. And today I bought my iPhone 12 Pro max. I’m glad service was fast and all customers were obedient to the covid protocol. Due to covid, we purchase on line and that’s why pick up is fast. The mall is beautiful, it has an indoor garage right next to Macy's that gives you easy access to the mall entrance. Our favorite store that was available was Lolli and Pops, so of course we had to buy some Macaroons LOL! Great food court

Although extremely crowded, there are many things to do! I went there with a friend for her birthday and there were some great options to eat at the food court which definitely made my day! There is a wide variety of shops for everyone ranging from hot topic to old navy!

I went to use the food court mens restroom and noticed that it was looking so clean and smelling lovely. When I went around towards the stalls I noticed a gentleman with locks wiping the last stall down and I was delighted that he really took pride in cleaning them. So I offered a tip and he didn’t take it. He said it’s his job and smiled and said I appreciate it though. So I asked his name. He said my name is Rodney. So I wanted to say keep up the good work Rodney!!!

Courteous and efficient customer assistance. Store is well supplied with a variety of sizes and styles current in today’s fashions.
Stores are clean and there is plenty of parking. Most definitely Macys is my favorite place for shopping both in person and online.

Very nice layout of the whole building, lots of stores and you can find just about anything here. Only downside is the main bathrooms on the first floor are such a long walk to get to, if you've never been here you think there's no bathrooms until you get to the end of the hallway

In my opinion, this is one of the best malls in the St. Louis area that still does really well. It has a vast majority of stores that I like including Gap, Banana Republic, Barnes & Noble, etc. They must have really great management because everyone here is hospitable. It’s definitely one the best places to shop!

This mall is so Big!!! Food court is fire. Definitely coming back

This is such a fun Mall! I love the variety of stores available here. It is a recently updated mall, so the decor is very nice. The bookstore is great, the anchors are substantial, California Pizza Kitchen rocks. LensCrafters just lost their optometrist, which I was a little sad about. I've been seeing her for years. Of all the malls in the Greater St Louis area, this is my first choice.
