The food was superb. Mahi-mahi sandwich, and it was memorable. Friendly service, fun atmosphere, slightly crowded, grown-up centered.

We had a team meal here during the capital cup. The kids had a great time playing NHL on the XBOX’s and watching the games on the other TVs. The staff and food were great. Very well ran operation. Would highly recommend, we’ll be using again in the future for sure.

This bar and restaurant offers so much. If you haven't been there recently, it's changed a lot. There is twice as much patio area to come off the river or just sit in the sun. Don't forget to feed the carp as any little French fry or piece of bread will bring them to the surface. There is a large private room upstairs great for company, small group, or private events equipped with private bar. If you're looking for more to do they have poker, pull tabs, pool, darts, and more. And that's just the location. Come here if you want a real drink. They muddle and create drinks to your order. Due to the light staff, when people come off the river in droves, service will slow down as the pour for tops of 8+ people.
Definitely check out, always very chill.

I come to the Peir a few times a month. Food is always good and drinks are cold. I'd highly recommend the Pizza. Also, its nice that you can take your kids in and shoot a game of pool.

Wow, what a fantastic spot by the river in Bismarck, ND! The local Pier totally exceeded my expectations and left me with a smile on my face.
First off, the view is just stunning! There's something magical about sipping on a cold drink while overlooking the peaceful river. It's the perfect setting to unwind and forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The vibes inside are laid-back and cozy, making it a great place to hang out with friends or enjoy a relaxed date night. The friendly staff made us feel right at home and were always quick to help with any questions we had.
Now, let's talk about the food and drinks! The menu had a delicious variety of options, from mouthwatering appetizers to hearty mains. I couldn't resist trying their signature burger, and boy, was it a flavor explosion! Cooked to perfection and served with a side of crispy fries - it hit the spot.
As for the drinks, they have a good selection of beers and cocktails. I opted for one of their specialty cocktails, and it was on point! Refreshing and well-balanced, it perfectly complemented the riverside setting.
All in all, the Pier on the river in Bismarck is a hidden gem worth discovering. Great ambiance, tasty food, and friendly service - what more could you ask for? One of our favorite spots to stop by and eat after enjoying a day on the Missouri River. The service is fantastic! We are able to refuel our boat and get some delicious food for ourselves. We love to enjoy our drinks and food out on the patio! It's so relaxing and the perfect way to end our day on the river! Try the Southport burger and Southport signature mojito, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing employees. The food is exceptionally well, and if you have the mind for a bit of entertainment in the form of slots...they have that too!! The atmosphere is relaxing. The room and accommodations, superb. Need to unwind and relax, this is the A #1 place to do just that.

Really delicious food items. The service is pretty slow even when there aren't many people there. I love going here so my kid can feed the fish cheese balls while we're waiting so he stays entertained. Best place to eat that's accessible from the river in my opinion.

Great drinks, especially the caesars. The salads are surprisingly good, fresh spring mix and not just your typical iceberg mix. I’ve only come during lunch and service at that time was friendly and prompt.

Cozy great place for friends and family over 21 the best clam diggers yet and the view is very nice if your looking for that sunset. Haven't eaten there yet but fast service clean and kitchen smelt amazing.
