I stopped into Costco today and asked the pharmacist here about some questions regarding my daughter who has had some medical issues and has an upcoming surgery. I spoke to the owner who was just amazing. Very kind and considerate who pointed us in the right direction. He really went out of his way to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to give them your business especially if you’re in north Bismarck!!! We will be back.

Great Pharmacy with great prices. a medication I was on is normally $50 for the genreric and here I was able to get it for $20! Very knowledgeable and friendly.

After a couple of previous positive experiences with Bismarck Pharmacy, I called to see if they had stock for a prescription that the national chain we’ve used for years was out of. He helped me coordinate the prescription being sent from the clinic, filled it when it finally arrived for him right at closing, made sure I was well aware of special information about the meds and side effects and was exceptionally pleasant at the same time. Never rushed me at all! Having price checked on the website and finding those prices accurate for the scripts I have filled previously with them, I stand to save hundreds of dollars annually by switching. Which is only an added bonus when you consider the quality of service they provide. I don’t usually rave about customer service, but Ricky and Nicole blow it out of the park and it’s amazing to receive the “small town” service.

Very friendly pharmacist and staff. Ben though they are located in a big store, this is a small family business; and, you get personal service here!

Ricky and Nicole bring a level of personalization to their customers that many pharmacies are not able to do. They truly care and it shows. They are knowledgeable of not only human meds, but pet meds as well. I was thrilled to find that having our dog's prescriptions filled at Bismarck Pharmacy cut the cost in half!
