SILO salon and staff are amazing. Fun, friendly atmosphere. From my in-depth consultation to the flawless final product, Alexa always makes my hair dreams come true. I’ve had extensions, wedding hair, fashion colors and makeup services. They are full service experts. So much that for 4 yrs if college my son drove from Fargo to Bismarck just to get his hair done here !!

I always leave the salon feeling amazing. It is overall a great experience, I am always happy with my hair’s color and cut. Not only that, Alexa goes above and beyond to help me find the right products to use at home.
If you are getting married keep them in mind. Their team came to Medora for my wedding and did a fabulous job with make-up and hair. They were easy to work with and very flexible.

This is the best salon in Bismarck! The entire team is amazing… starting with their receptionist, who always gets me an appointment in a timely manner to the awesome stylists that never disappoint. This salon is top notch in education, ability and talent! The prices are also very reasonable. You won’t regret making an appointment with any of the highly capable stylists at Silo!

Alexa is amazing and takes the time to listen to what you want done. She’s personable and gets to know you. Alexa is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to hairstyles, cuts and health of your hair. I would recommend Silo to anyone looking for a good stylist.

It's been over a decade that I've gone to Silo (formerly Fabulous). What got me through the door that first time was a recommendation from a co-worker. What's kept me going back all these years is consistent top notch service. They've taken my long, curly mane from dark to light and back again more times than I dare count. Always walk out with healthy and fashionable locks. Even when I don't hardly have time for myself, they find time to fit me in. Much as I travel and have accessibility to other salons, even when I lived elsewhere, I still went and go to Silo. Even when I walk in looking like a disaster, I walk out feeling all fancy-like. This is a great place if you want a high-quality, personable hair styling experience. Or waxing! They are fabulous for all the things :) Now, quit reading and book your appointment already!

After doing quite a bit of research, I decided to book Silo Salon for my wedding hair and makeup, as well as hair for my entire bridal party. The stylists were professional and efficient, completing all 6 updos in less than 2 hours. Everyone's hair looked amazing, and lasted the whole night. My stylist, TreAna, took detailed notes and pictures during my hair and makeup trial. Despite me changing my mind on quite a few things on the actual wedding day, she knocked everything out of the park and executed exactly how I wanted to look. I would highly recommend Silo to other brides!
