I brought my kids to see Sara Winters this week, both my kids loved her. As a mom to a teen girl, seeing the way Sara was with her was so heart warming. And to have my daughter comment later that night how comfortable Sara made her feel about some teen topics made this momma’s heart so full! Thank you!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Brenda Miller and NP Jana Rakowski for a decade, as have my daughters. #BestMedicalTeamEver They both have so much compassion, knowledge and personality. I highly recommend either of them for medical care.

I love my doctor, he listens to my health problems, and the nurses are friendly to me and the only problem I have with this place is the wait times on the phone!!! Other than that the staff is very friendly!!

Everyone was great and treated me with respect & carried themselves in a professional manner. Dr Smith is awesome & if the location was more convenient for me, I'd change my primary doctor to him in a heartbeat!

Dr Pengilly is a great doctor. Super friendly and intelligent. His nurses are always kind.

Nobody should be complaining about a clinic. We should all be grateful that we have hospitals and medical staff in the first place. Imagine a life without medical professionals.

My family has been blessed by the nurses and physicians at Sanford South, and received excellent care. The issue with Sanford South is that the call wait time is inexcusable. If you don't have the app and need to get a hold of the office, be prepared to wait upwards of 20-45 minutes.

My doctor is great but the nurses are very rude and unprofessional.

Was told by a nurse to "just get acupuncture" when the doctor diagnosed me with Ulnar Neuropathy of the left extremity. It's extremely unprofessional and a liability for a nurse to be giving me medical advice after the doctor has already been through. The first doctor I went to for this issue said the only treatment/cure is physical therapy and surgery, not "just get acupuncture." They also scheduled a scan I needed over half a month after I needed it by. I love my doctor here but the support staff has made this an unbelievably poor experience, if I could go to any other hospital, I would.

If you are not a patient person don’t waste your time calling them. Their hold times are always upwards of 10 minutes. It doesn’t matter at what time you call you’ll be on hold. You’re better off just driving there.

My Friend recently had back surgery and was having severe abdominal pain. Call her dr and receptionist said Dr Fields was busy and couldnt see her till December and told her to go to walk in clinics.she went to er and was hospitalized.very sad treatment from dr Fields and staff

Would not recommend seeing Brenda Miller or her nurse practitioner! Was told they would have a prescription ready for me and when I called to get the prescription I was told I would have to be seen but they can't see me for another two weeks! It's hard to have a doctor you can't trust!
