I’ve been a customer since October of last year and will continue to be, the level of service is top tier! James and Chris have been absolutely amazing and I truly believe they will top any other firearms dealers in the country, I personally have vowed my allegiance to them as my number 1 firearm supplier and if you knew me that’s saying a lot as i am very picky! All I can say is don’t hesitate and check them out!

At the time of this review, I will be the 104th 5-Star review! I mean, c’mon, how often do you ever see a business with such a rock solid reputation like that? But im here to tell you guys, that its for real! James and Chris are down to earth, personable, intelligent, and professional all at the same time. I purchased a Staccato P from them, and they made the entire process super easy, and just had a great experience. Im already making a 2nd purchase! They definitely gained a loyal customer, and I will no doubt be using them for my future gun builds.

TAG always has top notch gear. Customer service is excelexcellent!!! My silencer orders were as smooth as to be expected and the selection is superb.

I’ve dealt with these guys for only about three months, but I can attest to the fact that this is the hardest working crew in the business, client always comes first, shipping is immediate and they will bend backwards to assist customers… also it is amazing to have a company take such pride in what they sell, this is truly a “white glove”, premier dealer!

I ordered a firearm from TAG and noticed after I placed my order that there was a discount code. So I emailed and asked if it was too late to get that discount code. I didn’t hear anything, so I just figured it was too late. I just got off the phone mere moments ago with Chris. I’m Trying to emphasize here that I went straight from the call to Google reviews to leave this. He called me personally to apologize for the late response about the discount code and said he would work on that and if I had any future plans to purchase from them that he or someone would help me out.

I am blown away by that kind of customer service. I will absolutely be shopping with them again.

Oh, also they reached out to my FFL of choice on my behalf due to my busy work schedule. I’m telling you, I cannot wait to order another firearm or more from them.

Chris at Tag Firearms has been amazing to work with. Bought a Q Honey Badger and Trash Panda through him for a great price, and he couldn't have made the process easier. I have over 20 stamps from more than a dozen dealers and I've never encountered any stores as professional, responsive, and helpful as his. He's been available 24/7 for any and all questions I've had, whether through text/phone/email or even IG, and is super knowledgable about every product they sell (believe me I asked a lot of questions). Honestly can't say enough good things about this shop, already planning my next purchases through them. Hit him up for your NFA goods, you won't regret it!!

Tag Firearms is my go-to for anything firearms related, which includes some of the best guns, suppressors, & accessories on the market. Prior to my first purchase, Chris answered every single question that I had regarding suppressors and walked me through the whole process. I have purchased four firearms and two suppressors from Tag and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you for all you do Chris, keep up the great work!

I cannot overstate how much I have enjoyed my experiences with TAG. They always have fantastic gear in stock (a ton of stuff it tends to be very difficult to track down elsewhere), and have easily been the source of the smoothest online gear shopping I have personally experienced.

Even when I just placed a small order for some random parts a while back, I was genuinely taken aback by how quickly everything shipped and how responsive they were throughout the entire process. Going further than that, I have had some interactions with Chris there at the shop that have gone above and beyond anything I could have expected. All in all, my favorite online gear shop and I could not possibly recommend it more.

Customer service is awesome. Items were shipped same day and was able to tract all of my purchases. Had multiple questions about other products and there was no rush to get me off the phone. TAG is one of the best places to buy anything firearm related online, for one simple reason - customer service. Chris will go way out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied, no matter what. Shopping here feels like a throwback to a time when people selling things deeply cared about their customers and took pride in what they were doing. If I could give TAG ten stars I would. More then highly recommended.

My experience with Chris at Tag Firearms should be the training module for customer service. He is knowledgeable, customer oriented, and a pleasure doing business with. He was able to secure a extremely hard to find Radian lower, and offered flexible payment options. When it was time to ship, he was very transparent with tracking information, and the lower receiver arrived quick. Tag Firearms is a diamond in the rough among a never ending sea of FFLs. I will be a repeat customer again and again and again. I guess if all businesses had his level of service, Tag Firearms wouldn't stand out. Unfortunately this experience is not commonplace, and he definitely sets a new bar. Can't wait for my next purchase!

Greta customer service! Shipping was fast and easy. And they were very helpful giving me product advice. I add a minor issue with a product I purchased (which wasn’t there fault at all) and then took care of it immediately. I’d certainly order from them again.

If I could give 10 stars, I wouldn’t hesitate to. Chris has got an amazing company going here and his customer service is second to none. He’s helped me and a few friends through our first silencer purchases, and could not have made it any easier for us. Chris makes sure all of your questions are answered and all of the paperwork is filled out to a T. He’s also assisted me with an AR build and helped me make some tough decisions parts wise, he really knows his stuff and will do the research if he needs to. Chris from Tag Firearms was A1 on everything! Chris was VERY knowledgeable about everything firearms related, which was a huge plus and he was also very courteous and took the time to answer every question that I had and NOT ONCE did I ever feel rushed.
