I arrived early in the morning, possibly before a rush. I saw posts before talking about how the woman working the front was unpleasant. When I met Linda, she was quite the opposite. She was incredibly helpful and very nice, especially since I was a bit clueless about what I should have been doing. I feel many reviews that are negative in her light are done with ill will. It was a great experience.

I really like this post office, the location, the staff of workers, as well as the postal workers that bring my mail to my house. You all do a very wonderful job and are appreciated.

After going to office on Lindbergh, this office is so much better. The young lady at the counter is always pleasant and very helpful. So thankful I have choices.

I frequently this Post office regularly. Linda, the postal clerk is usually working alone. I have observed customers being rude to her. Linda has always been helpful and friendly, especially when I used the wrong labels for my packages. Some people think they are above rules and lack common decency.

Linda was very helpful in shipping my rather large parcel. She even went above and beyond inspite of it being within minutes of closing time. She made it a positive experience.

My time here was quick because I just needed a book of stamps. The lady at counter was quick and very friendly. But problem I have is she allowed a customer to stay inside and fill out her cards instead of sitting in her car. This caused more people to stand outside in the cold then needed to be. I just ask that you don’t allow customers to stand inside filling out their stuff more then 5 min. Keep the line moving and people happy.

I don't like that they only allow 2 people inside at all times. However, the lady working was very nice and helpful.

I screwed up an address and sent a package to the right person, but wrong address. Whoever found the correct address to make sure my friend received her beautifully crafted vulgar mug after she had a long week, you are the real MVP.

Didnt have to wait long. The service is friendly and fast.

Only two people are let in at a time and make sure to wear your mask

Front desk help is generally one female who will help you but is not welcoming or friendly. Doesn't seem to like the job or dealing with people. I can still get what I need done. Just don't expect service with a smile.

This is the main post office that I go to because it's not as busy as The Lindbergh location, plus it's closer to me. I usually don't wait long for service. Only complaints I have is that I've went there a few times and they were closed when they were supposed to be open and they have a sign stating that you need to cut your cellphone off. I can understand not talking on your cellphone while being serviced but I'm not turning it off.

This has to be the worst Post Office in St. Louis. I have used it for years and avoid it unless I’m pressed for time. It seems only one person works here, I actually dread coming because each time there is a new rule told to me by the lady who works here. How is it possible for her to work everyday all day?! Please get someone else.

The only lady that works here is crazy. She lies to you about postal regulations. Told me there was no way to mail an item in a box that I purchased there, because a standard label wouldn't all fit on one side completely. Had to drive to a different post office, which of course had no problems with it.
Avoid this one at all costs if you can. Her goal is to drive customers away it seems like.
