I want to thank the pharmacy staff at this location! I don't know what I would have done with out Leslie! Traveled to the area to visit grandbabies , something I can rarely do. the Airline lost my carry on they insisted I check( another story) but in it was a weeks worth of my medication! something I can not do without. Called the Shackelford store and Leslie asked if I could come in so she could be sure she had the proper prescriptions and check my ID. I went in and they were very busy, but where isn't now a days. Even though they were busy they were wonderful when it was my time. they were able to contact the Walgreens in my town and got me enough medication to get me thru my visit. I also bought a Squishmallow.

Love this Walgreens. Heather is the best! There was a issue and I was charged twice and Heather got me all worked out. She was very relatedable friendly and accommodating. She worked with my schedule to get the refund done when I was available. Having such welcoming and friendly people working in our a chain store really makes it feel like a community. Thanks again Heather!

I've been going here for years. I've never had a single problem. The pharmacist always takes real good of my father who had a stroke and cant talk. They are the best.

I don't go here a lot but when I do the staff cashiers are always very professional and respectful...Thanks

I have always liked this Walgreen's. Especially the cashier who rang me out today. I don't know her name, but she is always courteous and efficient.

The store is clean and organized but most of all, customer service is always great.

Normally one of the best Walgreens locations in the area. Staff is pleasant and helpful. However, we all have staffing issues. Pharmacy was not open during the published hours on Saturday 8 20 22.

We live in a weird time. Short staffs, stores closing, pharmacies overworked. Etc. But today the pharmacist Elaine, was wonderful! Even though she was buried in scripts she did mine right away. I needed it right away trust me. Anyway she was thoughtful and caring as was the pharmacy technician. You all rock!

X"I wish this was the 24hr location. I always have a great experience here. No one follows you around like you have a "I STEAL FROM WALGREENS" tattoo on your face. The employees don't smell or look like they haven't showered in a decade. I avoid the Halls Ferry & Patterson location at all times & only use the Lindbergh & Washington location after hours

Store is well kept, and generally has everything in stock.

Friendly and helpful.
