The man I rented my unit from was extremely professional and friendly. The previous reviews must’ve been a past (horrible) employee. The lot is tidy and secure and my unit clean and even larger than expected. I especially appreciate the direct billing and gated-entry.

Very clean inside buildings & units, but there are no trash cans on site, so people leave their coffees, soda bottles, etc.. on floor or outside building entrances or outside units

I've had no problem with accessing the site or my property. It would be nice if the fence was private so my property wasn't on display when the door is open, but maybe that makes hiding easier and increases theft. My only real complaint is the place has sold twice during my time renting here and the price goes up each time. I should have gotten a shed and paid it off with a financing plan. I'm now looking at over $1,000 for this year, so I'll be vacating.

A teacher from my school came here and was asked to "go back to his country", this was very out of hand and the person should simply be fired. This was terrible.

Wish I could give zero stars!! HORRIBLE customer service - they are very very RUDE and hateful. Packed my stuff up and went to another storage facility.
