Main Event Chesterfield

This place was really amazing, I had really fun. It’s added that thing that most arcade/ family night fun/ places is missing : A Diversity in the things to do. I could literally get lost in there of how big it is. Laser tag was top-notch and who would have thought they could add bowling alleys in there? The food there was amazing, unlike other places, the food there is juicy and not dry, and the place itself is not even a restaurant! No matter what age you are, this place takes you back to childhood and brings the laughs that you knew you needed. I had such a great time there that I only got photos of the bowling alley.

This was my first time there for my birthday and it was so much fun. We played some pool, and the bowling alley was fun, especially since they had an option where we could take selfies and see our pictures in the cartoons in between turns. We also played laser tag, and I think that was probably one of my favorite things to do, even though it was a bunch of running and shooting🥰. The food was good, and there is plenty for kids to do because they do have like an arcade and a tightrope for them to walk on. I do love that they have a bar up there, which was also a plus! It's definitely worth visiting!

If you're looking for a Dave and Busters type party venue closer to home, you'll have to go to Main Event.
I had my sons 8 year old birthday party here and they were able to accommodate 30 kids.

We bought the laser tag, and VR gaming package, and the kids played all night long on those cards with the rainbow colored card swipes. (Blue card swipes were not included in our package).
There is a limit to the number of times you can play at each game before the card stops working on that machine to free it up for the next person. That way, the game can't be hogged all night by one person.
I really liked that feature.
You don't receive points to go to the Points Store as you are not paying individually for each game played.

We had a blast there and I would HIGHLY recommend it. They have the latest and greatest technology and newer video games. Dave & Busters is dated on a lot of their technology compared to Main Event.

Monday night $12.99 for unlimited arcade and they had a second option as well we took advantage of for bowling, laser tag and 2 or 3 other activities was an awesome deal!

I don't come here for the food, but the food is okay.

They have a fantastic selection of games, including 4 or 5 different coin and pearl pushers.

Their prize selection is alright. It doesn't move quickly, so expect to see much of the same stuff when you come back.

Some of the staff are strange. I've never made that comment about any place before, and I won't elaborate. You can see for yourself.

Overall, it's a great arcade and a great place for a kids' birthday party. They also have bowling and laser tag.

It's really worth the time and price. We took the combo for 4(rope course, bowling, laser game, and billiards). Spent 3 hrs there. Enjoyed. Either kids or adults: Recommended.

Overall, this is what you’d expect at a place like this. Nice assortment of activities, reasonable prices and okay food. What gives this a five star review is the stellar customer service. Bob went above and beyond to help us out after our 7yo daughter’s card was burnt on a drop claw game we realized (after the fact) was not closing on the drop. Bob did a phenomenal job making sure our daughter had an incredible and memorable experience. Above and beyond. The gentleman at the prize exchange was super nice as well. These days you rarely get good service and I have to say overall this was a 10/10! Also, bonus points for the very affordable family meal deal. Not bad at all and a great value!

The Food is good I ordered the nacho for five people it needed more cheese, but everything else was great. The wings were awesome the atmospheres amazing and it’s a lot of fun for families and friends and date night with your spouse.

My Goddaughter celebrated her 2nd birthday party here and I was impressed. Often these places are wild and child's uncontrollably running everywhere. Our server was very nice and came by often to check on us.

My husband took me here for my birthday. We had such a great time. We'll definitely be back.

This is by far the best play and done family venue. In the last year, we have visited many kids birthdays and went out with our kids. Main event offers laser tags, rope course, high-quality bowling and abundance of arcade choices. Billiards were available at the bar for a free play.
Bar service was outstanding, offering many lunch choices for adults and kids. Beyond burger was there as junk food for non-meat eaters. Wings, burgers, pizza and salad for everyone else.
Ask barman for O’Fallen pumpkin beer - it is delish!

I've always had a good experience here, but am writing a review because this is the first time I've booked a event. My wife needed to make a change to the timing. I called in the morning and spoke to John - he was awesome, took my info down to pass onto Erika his sales manager. Its 50/50 that this actually happens in businesses. Man, he was on top of it. I got a call from Erika the moment she got in. To add to that, I couldn't get back to her for 3 hours - and had to leave a voicemail. It took her all of about 5 minutes to respond and seamlessly make changes. This may seem arbitrary, but I find it rare in business to have that kind of service and response time when all we have are 6 people for a couple events. Well done you two!

We found Main Event after Googling things to do (the kids have been cooped in due to the snow). I never knew this place existed. We arrived and the staff was friendly, informative and accommodating. The first thing the kids wanted to do was the Gravity Ropes. We purchased tickets and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Tickets are reasonable, as well as prices for the arcade games.
When we arrived in line at the Gravity Ropes, there was a rude woman complaining to your staff member, Mike. I wasn’t able to hear the conversation in depth, but from what I could gather, her children was not paying attention and missed the departure with their group. You have an excellent employee. He handled her complaint with tact, although he was not at fault. Being in customer service is difficult; especially when consumers appear to be more demanding now than ever. Great job, Mike. We will certainly be back !

Lots of fun. The bowling alley is great and the food is plentiful. Loved the laser tag.

This is a great place to go for all ages! The kids have plenty of things from bowling to laser tag. And there's a cool bar up front for the adults to enjoy with pool tables & TVs for all things sports. The staff was awesome made sure we had what we needed and very pleasant. My host was on his 1st week and it seemed as if he'd been there a while! Mycki (I may have spelled his name wrong) but we enjoyed it all around.

This was my wife and I first visit! The place has a lot of entertainment to offer for all ages. Several of us couples decided to bowl. The lanes were nice and didn't have to wait too long for a lane! The staff was very nice! We will be coming back!

I was invited to go here for an event. I had no idea this place was in St Louis. I had a great time. The place is very clean and good lighting. It was not too loud from all the games. Staff was very friendly and professional. Food was good and lots of choices. There was some awesome VR games here. If you are in the area, you should check this place out.

This place is pretty spectacular. For a family that frequents places like Dave and busters and Edison’s this was a refreshing experience. Make sure you guys go see Alex! He’s def one of a kind and able to make sure you have the experience you desire plus some.

After actually enjoying our time here I decided to come back and add pictures and further review. Alex was great and offered us some game cards in exchange for our review but he was a great waiter. Our food took more time than expected to come from the kitchen and he fixed our bill as a result. We were celebrating our 15 year olds birthday and he was greeted at the door with a free play card for a year which was pretty neat.

The place is pretty appealing to the eye. High ceilings and lots of space and lights. The food was pretty good. We had wings, my son had a burger and my husband had the chicken fingers. The bowling experience was neat! Definitely unique and fun. They even give socks if you don’t have any. We enjoyed the gelato on the way out. The air hockey tables were pretty unique too. Best game - connect 4 basketball.

We overall had a great time but it got pretty crowded by the time we left. Lots of hand sanitizer around so that was nice. We may be back post COVID but it was a great experience.

We hosted kids birthday party and it was a blast. This is the favorite kids choice location to host bday party. Our party host Ethan did great job catering to kids and made them feel special.
